Dr Khater was so nice my Cataract surgery went great he explained everything he would do the office staff were so friendly i recommed Dr Kahater highly

He's a very good eye Doctor & gives a very thorough exam.

Dr. Khater is excellent. His staff with whom I worked were completely incompetent. They have a magic answer for every question--"You must be suffering from dry eye." They say that even when Dr. Khater has just told you that you do not have dry eye. The billing people have no idea what is going on and insist that you are having a different procedure than you are actually having. I had cataract surgery and am having problems but cannot get past a staff member who tells me that it is normal and is just dry eye. It is unfortunate that I have to recommend that you go elsewhere because of incompetent staff.

Was the worst eyeglass prescription experience that I ever had. They did not fill the prescription correctly after two tries. Dr. Khater performed the exam which I was pleased with. They had written down the wrong prescription. Dr. Khater was on a vacation when I went back to get it corrected and they mis-prescribed the second time. A total waste of time and money. I ended up going somewhere else where they got it right.

Main issue is calling for yearly check as requested by the office by email, then calling to schedule and there is a 6 month wait. Very bad practice. I really like Dr. Khater, and even thought he did my cataract surgery, I now have to see another provider.

I had a stent put in and cateratics removed . He made it so easy I'm greatful for him making my experience a pain free one. Thank you so much I'm now ready for the other eye. I recommend Timothy Khater to anyone that has glaucoma like I do and needs a good ophthalmologist he's you guy.

I drove over 100 miles after hearing about how Dr. Khater and his partner could possible fix my astigmatism with laser eye surgery. From the first time I walked into the West Texas Eye office I felt very comfortable with the staff and meeting the physicians. I was completely at ease and after doing a lot of research & felt I was in good hands. Dr. Khater and his staff at West Texas Eye were very friendly and courteous. Everything was explained in detail and every questioned answered directly. I was given numerous eye exams by both Dr. Khater & his partner Dr. Bradley due to the astigmatisms I had in both eyes on the first day before I was found eligible to have LASIK surgery and I found that very comforting. Dr. Khater & Dr. Bradley will not accept someone for surgery unless that person's eyes qualify. Dr. Khater & Dr. Bradley have tons of experience and I totally understand the reason why they are considered one of the top places to go in their field.

Overall an excellent experience. I did have a problem with the first cataract surgery when I chose to use a generic version of one of the medications that he prescribed. It was quite a difficult problem but Dr Khater guided me through it and the problem is resolved to my satisfaction.
