Dr. Jeff is kind, caring, helpful, and extremely qualified in his field. I am a 62 year old female who uses Biote hormone replacement pellets. Before going to Dr Jeff, I was being administered Biote hormones from a different doctor and things weren’t going well with my body. I was feeling tired all the time and sleepy! FORTUNATELY, I found DR. JEFF and now I am FEELING GREAT! After having blood tests, He found out why I was still having issues, He changed the protocol for my Biote Hormones and it has changed my life for the better! I also, get regular checkups to make sure my hormone levels are accurate! I am so blessed to have found Dr Jeff and Owen Health Group!

Now that he has his own private practice, the quality of service has gone down hill. Every time my family members and myself have had lab work, ct scan, xray's etc, have to call over and over to get results. His staff ALWAYS blames everyone else but them selves for not having results ( I have even called Lubbock Radiology several time myself for results that Owens' staff say 'they never received' and LR tells me the exact day and time they faxed results to Owens). have complained numerous times...to no avail! Went in one time with a list of stuff that had been wrong with me (had even been in ER for 12 hours with these symptoms), Jeff jerked the paper out of my hand and said and I quote, " I don't have time for that"!! We are done and moving elsewhere!!

I was his patient several years ago! Very pleased with himself! I felt like he insulted my intelligence by asking me to come in every 3 months to check my blood pressure before renewing my prescription. He said “he treated all patients the same.” I don’t believe all of his patients had the same condition. Sorry but I would never recommend him.

I am 67 yrs old, and Dr Jeff has been the only one that has listened and understood my need for a treatment for continued major hot flashes, fragility osteoporosis, and fam hx of Alzheimer’s. Since May, with his pellet insertion designed especially for me, my flashes have diminished and there is future hope for an increase in bone growth and strength, as well as memory improvement. 👏
