Was not impressed at all w/ this doctor. Just kept me coming back for appt. after appt. & nothing getting down about the bunion on my foot. Wanted me to buy shoes from a shoe store he owns part of to correct my walking, gee fix the bunion on my foot & maybe that would've helped. Mike is a good man lady in back is very rude was talking about me about Bill to everyone in back and didn't know I could hear did not get a boot doc ordered payed him a lot of money for 2 ankle replacements lost my insurance

Just had my Kelly repair with Dr Kenneth Stephenson, nothing much to say than that he's amazing , always available to work with you despite the fact that i ahd to reschule my surgery couple of times, really helpful from start to finished what actually amazed me is the prayers that he set with patients before heading to the OR it just give patients confidence to put everything to the hands of the Lord. I think we are just blessed in Lubbock to have Drs like Kenneth Stephenson along with some other Doctors at the center of orthopedic at Lubbock Heart Hospital.

I sent in x rays from my primary care doctor and the orthopedic surgeon said he did not know what was wrong therefore he said he cannot car for us. Very Rude staff

The dr conflicted with what my PHC explained to me and referred me to dr stephanson and told me previous physicians diagnosis and recommended a pressure sock to stabilize the ankle and has a bunion . Dr was very disinterest in my appointment, spent less then 3 minutes in the exam room and said nothing could to decrease pain , recommended compression socks due to a bunion , the appointment wasn't for a bunion. Rude dr , rude staff , the staff including the dr were not wearing mask or exam gloves or cleaning hand when entering or exiting the exam room.

uninformative , criticized other drs options said condition can't be treated. he recimmed a compression sock to stabilize an ankle. may had he spent more the 2 min and 35 seconds, he could had suggested something that actually helped, i never heard of. bunion preventing walking.
