I have used Dr Riley for years and my entire family goes to the Vision Center. Went during the height of Covid and no mask was required. Finally went in today to spend prob $800 on my new glasses and couldn’t get in without a mask. Well even Biden is over the masks so I’m done. I will spend my $800 elsewhere. Adios Dr Riley! He’s a good doctor no idea why they are doing this!
It is Feb 2022 and he still requires a mask. I refuse to spend my money in places like this.
Dr. Riley was very helpful with my daughter and provided the most professional care for her Amblyopia. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a great optometrist!
Great guy
Insurance was billed 174.00 and I paid 197.00 out of pocket for 1 trial pair of contacts and at my next appointment, scheduled for a month later, another 197.00 would have been taken out of packet for a 3 month supply of contacts. However, when I got over my shock of the cost, I called and spoke to the insurance/payment received person at that office and after going round and round with her she told me to return the contacts, the solution and the little case and she will refund my 197.00. So I took out the contacts, drove there, gave it all to her and she did refund my 197.00. But when I asked for my prescription she said I will have to pay the 197.00 for her to give it to me. Never mind that my insurance paid 174.00 for the exam

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
