This was a pre-employment physical for a DOT rated job. I have a current two year physical from my CA doctor. The front desk personnel and the woman who took my vitals were very nice. However, the person who listened to my heart, checked my throat and dexterity never asked me a single question. She didn't introduce herself and from her name tag she's not an MD. She "heard something" when she checked my heart and decided I need to have expensive testing to rule out a heart condition. I've been doing these DOT physicals for 6 years now. When I confronted her about being the only person to ever claim I had some going on, she told me to just use my current physical. That doesn't help when my prospective employer wants their own clinic doing a physical.The entire appointment took 20 minutes. This woman was in the room for 5 minutes. So if you want an honest, accurate DOT physical, this is not the place to get it. My CA doctor spent over 30 minutes talking with me.

Very untrained staff they need to retrain on. Standards making decisions can run someone's livelihood the way they do has happened multiple years I have visited would go elsewhere but my company has me go there they need to get their stuff together
