5 stars for Dr. Dunham, she is wonderful, she&#39;s the only good thing about this place! Receptionists are rude and opticians are not as knowledgeable as you would expect for a high end optical. <br>But if you&#39;re getting your glasses here be sure to work with Caleb, if anyone, Gracie is an idiot. My mom got her glasses here and worked with Gracie, first of all she cannot read a lensometer, she read the power of her old lenses a whole diopter off. She is extremely rude and refused to compare her old glasses to the new ones that she could not see out of. The bifocal is too high and she told my mom she would just have to walk around with her head tilted down to see and she didn&#39;t know what else we wanted her to do. She wants to see out of her $300 lenses is what she wants! They&#39;re still in the process of trying to get these right, maybe third time is a charm... Only cause we&#39;re not working with Gracie anymore!
