Not a fan of dr.rupley at all she was very rude and unprofessional didn't even exam my child looks at her and said she was fine like why would I waist my time taking my child to the doctor if she is fine I will never take my child to her side ever again send she more about money than the patient now Dr. Sharkeisha on the other hand is absolutely daring I love taking my kids to her she always put there care first we never have along wait and she always gets us in when we need to I love that lady I will continue to go on her side and never take my kids to Dr. Rupley
I absolutely love Dr. Rupley and her staff. They truly do everything they can to ensure the health of your children. There’s been some hiccups with my kids health and they have done so much to help it make it smoother and easier. I appreciate them and feel more welcomed than any other office I’ve been to with my kids. I highly recommend!
This clinic is not a truly walk in clinic. They have appointments and you need need to call or be there when clinic opens for a chance to get an appointment. My baby was not seen since there was no more appointments available. Disappointing!
Dr Rupley diagnosed my son with scabies without examining his skin or doing an assessment. When I asked if I needed to take my pets to the vet, she told me “you need to be more worried about him”. I AM worried about my son and I am also worried about figuring out the cause of the rash to prevent it from coming back! I went for a second opinion and the other doctor actually put on gloves and examined his rash with a light. They said scabies didn’t even cross their mind! Will never go back here.
Not a fan of the new pediatrician Dr. Rupley. She was very rude and also misdiagnosed my son having undescended testicles. He got very scared for no reason because she was talking about him getting cancer right in front of him (he’s 7). After a trip to Texas Tech urology we find hes completely fine.
This is a great place to take your child! The doctors listen to you, and make sure you are heard.
Great place to take my lil one... Everybody there is amazing and I love it .. very friendly and knowledgeable staff... My daughter loves it
Dr Rupley is a very rude person. I went in for a behavior evaluation for my kid and he didn't score enough to get any help. And she then informed me that I need to get better control of my kid ok I understand that but she acted like I was one of those moms that lets her kid walk all of everyone and I don't needless to say I went in to get help for his behavior and she pretty much told me I don't know how to raise my son in a round about way. Will be looking for a more respectful Dr. I'm sad bc we have always gone there since he was 1 and he is now 5 and I'm having to look for a new place bc was treated very poorly by Dr Rupley.
Recently took all three of my kids there. They were very nice, easy to schedule and communicate with, and Dr Ripley was very thorough, more so than previous physicians. She detected vision problems in one of my children, missed by the school and many previous physicians. She also screened for other common problems that I have never seen done before by other physicians. I would highly recommend this practice.I see the comment above about the doctor being rude. I disagree, she is honest and straightforward which I appreciate. She does not sugar coat things, and will not cowtow to the demands of parents, like many pediatricians. She made it clear to one of my daughters that she is obese and I don't find that rude or offensive but refreshing honesty, rare these days.
Had to switch to a different doctor for our 6 month old baby boy. From the second we meet her and our son meeting her, she was really nice, upfront, has 30 years experience and our son also liked her.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
