If I could write negative star reviews this place would definitely earn -5 stars this is a practice that care only about taking your money and not your health and well-being

I want to say Thank you to PA Garrison and Nurse Sherry. During anyone of my visits this week they never treated me different regardless of how I was dressed or feeling. They absolutely put my care first and truly wanted to help me get to feeling better. I never told them I was a I was a Sales Director over three states, I’m glad I didn’t as I am extremely impressed on how they treated me like a CEO during every visit! Thank you for your care and support of the community!!!

My first visit I saw Dr. Long who is a doctor I want to see again. AND front desk girls are perfect. At that time would be 5 stars. For my particular situation he prescribed an antibiotic- I took 2 pills and had a reaction. Called the next day at 11:48 and PA said to stop the RX and she would call in another RX. Called back at 5p and was told they had been busy and would call me when the new RX was called in. Called next day and was told they had been busy and had overlooked calling in. Today- 4 days later received called saying they had called in new RX. I then found out it was a zpack which I had explained to Dr. Long that did not work for me. I was told that was called in as a favor as Dr Long was not a available at the time. I asked to speak to him since still having problems- wasn’t In and doesn’t take calls. Kelsey will give him a message tomorrow. MY QUESTION- why didn’t Kristen check my chart to see zpack doesn’t work. The above is why low rating.

I will never go back to this clinic again. I went 3 different times within a month for the same issue and its still not btr. When i went no vitals were taken. It felt like if your not there for a covid ck then they dont care. Ive paid 300 and had to go to a different clinic that actually found the problem and prescribed me meds that i can afford and thats working to fix there medical negligence. Yall really need to start performing as a clinic that wants to help people get well and not jst fill yalls pockets with there hard earned money

Reception is extremely rude and leaves me on hold and hangs up. Been calling 10x and I’m either hung up on or I’m placed on hold and later disconnected. Terrible customer service

For a second time, my pharmacy let me know my pcp won’t refill my prescription. I have 4 days worth of medication left and the clinic has a 15...15 hour wait time 😳. It’s not a medication that’s safe to stop abruptly. So, once again...she’s abandoned me when I needed her. I wasn’t given enough time to find a new pcp. Guess, I’ll keep my phone handy for 911 call in a few days. Find another place.And front office staff is incredibly rude!

Kristen is literally the sweetest!! Very professional & caring, her and her nurse Danielle are awesome! Absolutely recommend!

Every time I call I get dead air. My phone is working fine calling anyone else. I'm about to have to go in during a pandemic to make an appointment.

Not a good response.Front reception is usually rude and impatient !!

Took 2 hours to be seen and this is an Urgent care center, no cars in the parking lot. Yeah we felt like this was an urgent center.
