Brought my daughter in on a Saturday, they were completely booked and had no appointments left. They were so very nice and compassionate toward our need to be seen.They were able to work us in in just 2 hours.Nice to know people really care about their patients.

Walked in with an asthma attack, they got me right in. Treatment was fast and everyone was really friendly and understanding. They also checked in on me several times during the treatment process until I felt ok to go home. They went over step by step instructions for after care and where I should go for a follow-up.

Loved the staff, the nurse and nurse practitioner Alexis were wonderful, kind, caring, and great communication, as well as informative, understanding, just and overall great experience 😀

Showed up 20 minutes before they closed with a sick child and was told they weren’t taking any more patients. There was only 1 other person in the lobby. Don’t say that you are open until 8:00pm if you aren’t going to stay open until 8:00pm. I also tried called beforehand to see if they were very full and no one answered. I could’ve avoided wasting my time if they had simply picked up the phone.

Front desk people are the problem at this place! If you’re covered they give you the impression that you’re not covered under insurance, and want to charge upfront. They may be trying to double dip. That’s how bad the front desk people are! I did not feel comfortable after leaving this place.

I have never left a bad review on google in my entire lifetime but today is the day. The lady I talked to on the phone at the front desk today treated me with absolute ZERO respect and has no business dealing with people in any form or fashion on a daily basis. Especially if they are in pain! Completely rude and disrespectful. I’ve always loved this clinic and have referred so many of my family and friends here but that all ends today. I am one of the nicest people to deal with and have never been treated this way from a medical professional. Whoever runs this place is more than welcome to email me and I can explain everything. This needs to be taken care of. So disappointing and pathetic!

We walked in today just before 6pm seeking urgent care for our son. The lights were off and the place was empty. We had to go down the street to Covenant for help. Unbelievable.

Don’t waste your time at this location. I was sick and not treated with medication. I was also told that if I got worse in 24 hours to call them. Well I did and they waited 3 days to call me back. I will never go back! Horrible service!!!!
