Umc Family Medicine At Orchard Park's Online Review Report Card

Was told by Melanie to do a walk in on Saturday since it’s been practically impossible to see my PCP. Went early to beat the crowd (7:50 am) and when I went to start a line they put a paper stating they would not be open that same day. Then what was the point of telling people to do a walk-in on Saturday when you know there isn’t enough staff. Waste of time and as a result of waiting for them to open every other clinic was fully booked. Ridiculous.

The whole experience here was awesome. Start to finish very efficient and professional.

Went in there for a pregnancy test because I was concerned I was POSSIBLY pregnant and of course I already felt silly going in when I had no symptoms but I had a weird gut feeling especially when I been pregnant before. The nurse already looked at me like I’m crazy and as I’m waiting in the room for the Docter/provider come in to tell me my results, I hear her on the other side of the door saying “probably one of those alien moms”. With the feeling already feeling silly and insecure, the staff sure made me feel straight out DUMB for even making an appointment.

I am beyond upset with this facility. Their is no provider coordination and they do not have anyone covering their patients when they are out. I would not recommend this facility to anyone! This is not the first time I’ve been let down by them but it will be the last!

They made a mistake with my appointment and tried to blame me. I was very disappointed because I’ve been here before and had great service but this time it was unprofessional and irresponsible.

The staff were super friendly and informative. Deanne was the sweetest and made my COVID test comfortable and quick. She made the process a breeze! I highly recommend this place.

The office staff and doctors are always so nice to us. They are always very thourough.

If you are considering visiting this clinic, I would reconsider entirely. I went to see one of the nurse practitioners and was prescribed a medication plus a narcotic for the severe amount of pain that I had been in. The provider perscribed 6 days of Thailand all number 4 and on the 7th day I called backup to the clinic to ask for her to refill both of the prescriptions that she had previously prescribed for me. After several attempts to get in touch with her she finally had their reception is call me back to relate to me that she had done all she could at this location and to go to the emergency Room. The whole reason that I spent a $150 with her was to avoid going to the emergency Room. So much for her and the Hippocratic Oath that she took. One would be better served finding another clinic. This 1 doesn't care about its patients.

Orchard Park has fabulous doctors, medical assistants, nurses and office staff. They are authentic so you can trust their treatment and their judgement.

I was at my wits end with doctors, medications the whole works! You name it I went through it but when I found this office it was like an answer to my prayers!! The staff is great, the facility is clean, it felt like a family. Deann saved my life! The office manager is amazing! I will never go anywhere else. I've found my home!!
