They just want you on their payroll.
I wish I could give more stars as the prenatal care itself I received here was great for the most part, however my experience with the financial department, specifically Isabell, was terrible for me. I started receiving care for my pregnancy here in January. A couple months in I met with Isabell to go over my insurance, etc. We went over quotes for me receiving care there and reaching my deposit for insurance before birth and that was that. I made random payments throughout the next months of my care there, all in different amounts and I assumed if this is what they were telling me I owed then that was it. In my payment account it would show I owed $0. Then all of a sudden in may the receptionist told me I hadn’t been making any payments towards my deposit and would need to meet with Isabell again. I told her I already had and she said they had no paperwork on file for me and when I asked what payments I had already made were going to she said it wasn’t for my care, just a fee tech charges. Isabell then told me I’d need to make payments of almost $600 leading up to birth to meet my deposit which is just insane, especially when she apparently lost my paperwork and the payments I thought I was making weren’t even going towards anything. Upon my next visit, as I was unable to make the first several hundred dollar payment Isabell told them not to see me and proceeded to demand any amount of money until I was in tears. She said I’d need to pay $3k by July 1st or they wouldn’t be able to see me any longer, when I’m due August 6th?! I told her there was no way I could come up with the money on such short notice and she said if I would’ve just paid from the start I wouldn’t be in this position and I’m married so there’s really no reason I can’t pay seeing as we have two incomes. She has no idea the financial situation we’re in and she was telling me to ask to borrow money from family/friends. The things she told me were really out of line, especially when it was never communicated to me the payments I had made weren’t even going towards my care and now at the end of my pregnancy they’re denying me medical care. The OBGYN at this clinic and the nursing staff were great to me but the reception and financial staff were terrible. I’d always seen them hounding pregnant women over payments and when it happened to me like that I ended up in tears for hours afterwards. Now I have no idea where to go for care as it will be the same situation everywhere, all because they didn’t communicate with me or apparently their staff until the end of of my pregnancy. In my future pregnancies I sadly not seek care here as this has made the end of my pregnancy incredibly stressful and scary. Now I know how the young girls felt being berated for money at the start of every appointment felt, it is really out of line for a receptionist to not take yes or no for an answer, and then for a pregnant woman to be denied care because of their own mistakes and communication errors.
They will not answer phone calls will not help you with records and are pretty much unconnected to the patients
The clinic is on the second floor of the building, there are stairs and an elevator to access the floor. Finding the clinic was not easy as doctors had moved from this clinic to a more accessible clinic downstairs had placed a sign in front of clinic information obscuring it. Clinic also was not clearly marked Suite E to designate area. Myself and several other clients walked to several areas of the building inquiring where Urology and another clinic was located and vaguely told 'maybe 2nd floor'. If the the client/patient has mobility issues this is even more of a challenge to find correct area, be on time to the appointment but to access the floor located. After walking more than 10 minutes trying to locate said clinic and calling to specifically ask location of clinic again was given conflicting information. If I had not moved signage of notice of doctors moving clinics I would not have located clinic. This also did not help as I was late to the schedule clinic time for me in turn did not help that it threw the doctor's schedule off the entire afternoon when people not readily finding clinic. Doctor visit was good as she asked and answered many questions about why I was there for the appointment. Explained many of the issues and other related problems clearly for understanding and moving forward to mitigate the severity of some of the problems. Gave a clear plan on treatment to continue to help resolve or lessen the issues.
Here to see GI specialists. My wait was OVER an HOUR. They seriously think we have all day to just wait around to be seen? Cannot contain my disappointment. Ridiculous!
LOVE my OB, I cannot say that enough! And the staff is wonderful. Two stars because people's time is of no value here. My appointment was at 9:30am its now almost 10:30am and I still haven't been seen. What is the point of an appointment? Call me when you are actually ready to see me, or be truer to your appointments. Communicate.
Love this gynecology clinic!!
Dont see these doctors especially Roshni Narayanan. I been having alot of pain and have test to prove it. Need gallbladder surgery and have a kidney stone. And she didn't do nothing to treat me to help. Paid good money to be burned so do not see this doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
