Wait time stinks, but it's every where. My regular walk-in clinic wasn't taking walk-ins (@ 9:00AM!) and I don't have insurance. It was going to cost me $150 but they were nice enough to take $70. Our health care system stinks and I know "it's because of covid", but when someone with a broken bone or a baby that is sick and crying for hours comes in, there is such a thing as prioritizing. Especially people with chest pains. I realize "y'all" are doing the best y'all can. You're only human and are working short staffed and long hours and God bless you for it. But common sense please, prioritize. And your generic answer, "send to email", please!! Just to be ignored by someone non-existent at the other end of a computer screen. No thanks, don't have time for that. I have to go throw up, take care of my daughter who is also sick, clean my toilet (from throwing up) and figure out how I'm going to get to go back to work without a "Dr's release" note. God Bless us all. 🙏

I broke a bone and I’m in so much pain. Went to the ER was told that they couldn’t do anything because there was a 10 HOUR wait for the X-rays! So they sent me to the urgent care on Joliet Ave and they told me that I have to wait for 5 HOURS to be seen. It’s been 2 hours since I’ve broken my bone and now I have to endure the pain for another 5 hours!

Urgent care that's a joke ...I have been here since one pm and as of 7:24 pm there are still 13 people ahead of me the BBB need to take a look into this situation

My 7 mo baby got sick and we came here at 3:30 pm here. They told us to wait outside and don't go anywhere "if we call you and you are not here then we remove you from our lists". Fair enough, now its 8:00 pm and I am still waiting outside with my sick baby. Atleast they could have told us it will take more than 4-5 hours. My baby could have rested for the time being. Its a torture to the baby. Very frustrated. Worst service in lubbock.

Got there around 4pm finally got looked at around 7pm got an X-ray at 8ish waited all the way till 10:30pm and still didn’t have my results yet so i got up and left. Now I’m heading to the ER due to them taking to long.

I wasn't feeling well and called about getting Covid testing. I got an appointment the very same day. When I arrived there was one other person in waiting room and I was called back not even 15 minutes after arriving. Front desk staff as well as Doctor and his staff were all extremely kind. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for Rapid Results and a caring friendly staff.

Forgot about me after scheduling my appointment 2 hours prior. Got 4 other people in after came inside 30 minutes post-appointment. Ended up just cancelling
