Some of these negative reviews make me laugh… not all of them, but, the one who left a review FOR her friend and her friend’s son… how can you leave such an awful review when you weren’t even there? Seems super fishy to me. They ran tests & looked the child over and came to the medical conclusion that there where No physical explanations for the child’s dramatic display. Anxiety is real- it’s causes headaches & stomach aches… and unfortunately so is Munchausen & Munchausen by Proxy… UMC has always always taken very good care of my kids, and if they didn’t know what was wrong with them, they referred them to a specialist immediately.

I've been calling since 2weeks ago and still can't get an apt ! They say they send a note back to nurse but no one ever calls ... It's getting Ridiculous I'm am honestly just going to get a new physician

Ive managed to call 110 times in an hr and still get cant someone to answer why th even have a phone the. Guesa ill come as a walk in smh

My friend took her son to be seen and the rude dr or nurse practitioner told my friend her son was being dramatic and that he needs to be in school. Didn't even take more than a minute to evaluate him. To be a health care professional you must be professional! That was inappropriate and disrespectful. He is a child!!! A child in pain and to dismiss them that way shows that the health care providers at this facility simply do not care about anything but a check!! You chose this career so act like you have some sense! No antibiotics nothing just told being dramatic and dismissed!!! Ridiculous!! I know there is a pandemic and everywhere is short staffed but I pray for you! I pray you get to keep your license after this!!!

Super thankful for the urgency and great customer service. My 3 year old fell and cut open her head. They quickly took us to a room to evaluate and left with only 3 staples. The dr and nurse were amazing to my kid. Very happy with this urgent care facility.

Had a 1pm appointment waited 20 minutes to get in and 45 minutes for the practitioner to come in all while hearing 2 nurses giggling and laughing about what they were going do this weekend. About 5 minutes worth. And I had to get the attention of a nurse to get the person to come to my room to get me out of there.

It’s a drive from my house, but one of the better urgent care clinics, especially for kids. Love all the staff, and although sometimes the wait is long, but that’s everywhere and not specific to any clinic.Thank you to all the medical staff for staying around and helping out the community!

The last two times I have come to the clinic as a "wait from home" I was sitting in the lobby over an hour. Clearly the wait from home isn't set up correctly or it gives the wrong times.

My girlfriend had to pay $100 dollars just to get results from the ER and then additional fees after the Dr visit it's ridiculous the medical field is going to hell it's all about money now not people I would leave zero stars if I could won't be coming back to a UMC facility again
