List of Veritas Medical's Reviews
I begged them to help me, they would shoved supplements at me, then they said they had no time for me. I finally found a real healthcare provider and they gave me a diagnosis that needs speciality medication. I know for a fact that they referred others to another dr to help but not me, they just made me feel like I was a nothing like most every other dr.
My husband and I have been members since 2015. I am grateful for the education allowing us to make lifestyle changes necessary to feel whole and healthy. I went in with migraines and chronic re-flux syndrome. I'd been taking Elavil for migraines and Nexium for heartburn for ten years. Each of these prescription medicines have a myriad of negative side effects, are not a cure (they only treat symptoms), and are expensive. With a change in diet and the right supplements, I was able to get off those meds right away. Their slogan "You're the Cure" means that you are in charge of your own health. As you learn and implement the four pillars of health - Nutrition, Hydration, Movement and Peace, you will continue to improve. I believe that by investing in my health now, through Veritas Medical, I will avoid expensive doctors and hospitals in the future.
Make no mistake Veritas is a business first, a marketing company second and a medical facility third. I am disappointed in the quality of service they provide and their lack of deep functional medicine knowledge. This place may be right for you if you are new to healthy living, but if you have any experience in this area this is not a good fit. If you have a complicated case please go elsewhere. The business presents beautifully, but lacks real depth in solutions. Follow through by most staff members is poor, often accompanied with long detailed excuses of why you didn’t get a call back or why this lab didn’t get put in or how the system has changed or policies have changed. Confusion abounds at Veritas where employees have numerous esoteric titles and CYA contact methods, none of which appears to be the phone. Membership is a premium with access to member services, which like the practice itself, also lack depth. For example, Veritas Kitchen has less than 10 recipes the majority of which are desserts! If you want to become a patient because of Dr. Ben’s radio persona this is a mistake. Dealing with Veritas was stressful from the beginning to end. I was ever given a clear plan toward health, but a huge buffet of books to read, modalities to try and supplements to consider. In the end they had nothing for me. Unfortunately I was locked into their monthly payment program. I wish I had back the time and thousands of dollars I spent with them. Veritas will rock your peace pillar, but not in a good way.
They are revolutionizing the medical field. After a lifetime of going to typical mainstream doctors, Veritas has been a huge breath of fresh air. They actually listen to what is going on and help find a solution rather than hastily prescribing meds that don’t solve the problem long term. My family truly feels more at peace knowing that we have Veritas in our corner. Thank you!
Dr. Ben Edwards is an amazing MD.
Very quick service, ladies in the lab are nice.
I would give it 0 stars if there was an option. My husband called to set an appointment for both of us. A week later he called and canceled ahead of time few days before our appointment. A month has passed we have received a letter from our insurance billed from this provider. DO NOT GIVE YOUR INSURANCE BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT!
Anti-mask Covid-denial quack, this office is a danger to the public. Cod liver oil will not protect you from Covid-19. Wear a mask. The science is clear.
I've never visited the clinic, BUT I faithfully follow the YouTube channel and listen in to the podcast. I have watched the six-series Wellness Videos that Dr. Edwards put on Veritas Wellness' YouTube page. His knowledge and teaching has changed my life as I have implemented a healthy lifestyle as a result of the things I have learned. I'm always learning new information, and my eyes continue to be opened to true health and approaching life with God-given lenses rather than man-made lenses. Dr. Edwards and his team have changed my mom's life. She is the reason I even heard of Veritas Medical in the first place. She was struggling with autoimmune disease and could not get any relief or help from conventional medicine. Doctors were about to put her on a chemotherapy drug! She felt she was out of options, so she visited Dr. Edwards at the urging of others who had seen excellent results under his care. She's been implementing his approach to wellness ever since. My mom is now symptom-free and continues to improve in her health journey as she learns more all the time. Her results motivated me to get healthy in all aspects of my life, too. Veritas Medical is legitimate, and their entire purpose is to teach you how to not need a doctor. Learning to steward my health has been a life-changing decision; I can never go back.
I attempted to call to schedule an appointment with the provider. You can never speak to a real person. I left two voicemails before anyone called back three days after my first voicemail. I received a voicemail with a phone number that I was told I could call or send text messages to. When I contacted them I was told they had no openings for three and a half months. But, I could sign up for 285 dollars initially and 65 dollars a month. But, no openings would be available for months in between appointments. But, this is supposed to be a Christian office and it’s not a scam at all! Maybe the provider is good. But, it doesn’t seem like you would have much availability to be seen. I was also asked not to message the number because it was for membership clients only.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
