Dr. Shah and the entire staff at RCTX woodlands were amazing. We were never rushed and always felt like the focus was on us. Each and every person involved in our visit was wonderful and made us comfortable and relaxed even though my husband and I were both very nervous about our visit. We had never had to deal with some of these health issues before. Dr. Shah was the best. He didnt rush us and he was careful to address each of our questions and make us comfortable about our future treatments. We are looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

Staff was friendly and professional. The appointment was on time (no waiting in lobby forever). The doctor didn't rush the visit. He answered all my questions fully, took time to explain everything I didn't understand and I left feeling very positive about my outcome.

Excellent visit. Office and nursing staff were courteous and patient. Dr. Shah took the time to address my questions, reassure me as to the progress of my condition and I left feeling my needs as a patient were valued and considered.
