My first pregnancy was great but my doctor had the worst bed side manners so for my second pregnancy I searched high and low for the perfect doctor who was going care about what I wanted out of my pregnancy and Dr. drake was that and more! He is absolutely my favorite and it took 10 minutes in his office before I knew without a shadow of a doubt he would be my forever OB!

I cannot rank Dr. Drake highly enough! I have a complicated medical history and needed to have a complex gynecological surgery. I live in Kingwood Texas and most of my physicians are in the Houston area and Houston clearly has some of the best physicians in the country. When I was informed by my OB (who is not a surgeon) that I needed surgery I started my research to find the best surgeon possible. Through a mutual acquaintance I learned about Dr. Drake. To be honest, my first thought was “why would I go to Lufkin instead of finding a physician in Houston?” But after speaking with him, researching his track record, having my Primary Care (at Methodist) reach out and speak to Dr. Drake, learning more about Dr. Drake’s expertise in the field of minimally invasive robotic assisted surgery and learning of his nearly non-existant infection rates, his outstanding quality of care outcomes and reading his stellar patient reviews, I chose Dr. Drake to do my surgery. His staff were wonderful! The nursing care in the hospital was outstanding! The procedure went perfectly and, he even called me directly to follow up after surgery – not standard of care I had ever received in a major city. I would highly recommend Dr. Drake to anyone.

Dr. Drake is great! He takes time to listen to your concerns and then comes up with a health plan that works for you! As a patient with a history of breast cancer, I appreciate the fact that he informs me of the best options for my health and works with me to make decisions that are beneficial to me. Give him a visit, you won’t regret it!

Dr. Drake and his staff are all so wonderful and loving. You feel right at home when you walk in. If this is your first child and everything is so new and you may be uncomfortable with what to expect, trust knowing Dr. Drake will make a wonderful doctor for you and your little one. This is our second pregnancy and we are right at home with the loving staff.

I had a very hard delivery with my baby boy and had to have a Csection. Dr. Drake helped support and encourage me through it and truly changed my entire (scary) experience in a positive way. Without him I do not think I could’ve done it. My husband and I just moved but I will be driving from Tyler to keep him as my doctor. I would highly recommend him!
