Dr. Graves have been a great pediatric physician for my children. She is thorough and listens to every concern I have had. My children are very comfortable with her as their doctor. I would recommend her over many doctors.

We swapped to the Children's Clinic after hearing RAVE reviews. We have tried multiple appointments, the do not get us in for over an hour - and told us no walk ins allowed, but people come in after us and get ushered in within 10 minutes. Our last appointment was for 12 month vaccinations, there were extremely ill kids in the waiting room and we told the desk girl we'd we waiting outside so as to not get sick - she said that was ok. 2.5 hours later I went back in and the same desk girl said she told the nurse I had left when they called us to go back & were not waiting inside. They made us wait longer still before they got us back. This was only topped by the fact that we went to our old clinic for our 15 month vaccines and they saw that this same clinic on that exact same visit only gave our baby 3 of the 5 vaccines we were supposed to have. Nobody has answered for this even with multiple calls. This clinic is horrible and the office workers are just as disappointing. The nurse is amazing, but only 1 good thing out of 100 is not going to keep us coming back.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of commitment they have with the scheduled time for appointments in this place. Every.single.time... and it’s not late by a full minutes, usually its at least an hour behind.

Office staff and nurses are rude. Doctor is dry and seems very uninterested in my child.

Dr Graves is amazing! She knows my children and spends time with them when we come for a visit. She even saw my child when I rushed her in without an appointment for having a terrible allergic reaction while we were out shopping. She staying late just for us. I highly recommend her!

Over all the front staff is rude and they have a huge turn over. you will end up waiting for over a hour to be seen because like I said the front people are to busy talking about what they did the night before and talk about other children records out in the open where other people are waiting. I highly recommend going to a whole another clinic who really cares about the child all the doctors there are bad
