Great doctor but terrible appointments management. Scheduled ahead for 2 weeks, came 15 mins early and ended up waited for an hour before we gave up because they staff don't even have an estimated waiting time.

The front desk staff is not friendly at all. The communication with staff to patient is poor and nonexistent. I called the office concerned about a pregnancy and never heard back from the staff. Dr. Coker is very good, but takes on too many patients and nurses are swamped. I would not recommend just for the horrible office staff.

Dr Coker is AMAZING!!! Couldn’t ask for a better Dr!! But The front desk is not friendly/nice at all. Soooo for that 4 stars.😬

Currently being billed for labs I never requested. Never received results either.This happened in July 2021 and have called multiple times & left voicemails. Finally spoke to someone today who gave me a hard time.Dr.Coker was great but office staff needs training.UPDATE:I asked the office lady to speak to a manager and she denied my request.

DR. Coker was so good with my daughter. She is patient and will listen to everything you've got to say. She doesnt rush through a visit anf mostly if she dont know she isnt afraid to say let me send you to a high risk Dr and get a second opinion. Which I love about her she will get to the bottom of whatever the issue is even if its by another Dr. My daughter is high risk and has used her 3 times and she gets the best care from Dr Coker. We love her and will be using her again as we just found out she is expecting again.

Thankful to have Dr Coker as my doctor. She is very thorough and took time to explain my diagnosis that led to a surgery. Even her after-surgery care was outstanding.
