Don't recommend

My wife is currently pregnant and when we started having complications, we could NEVER get Carter's office on the phone. I don't think I have ever seen a more inattentive doctor in my life. Here is a suggestion if you do intend to use this office for whatever reason, and ultimately have a problem, call the Patient Advocate at St. Luke's and push for a formal complaint.

Delivered me 28 years ago and Has delivered all 4 of my sons via c section. She is hand down the best and truly cares about the well being of both mom and baby. We love dr carter!

I like that it's not a long wait and my medical needs are met each time.

Prescribed me what I’m allergic to... had her NURSE call and “apologize” after I called the office and asked why they’d do that. I feel like I should report her to someone because that is flat out rude and inconsiderate.- also adding the fact that the excuse was “She didn’t have your chart” REALLY?! She doesn’t smile, she definitely doesn’t make you feel comfortable. Wish I would have stuck with Dr. Suiter. Kept telling her thank you and she just had a blank stare on her face. My mom and husband were both uncomfortable as well. If I could give zero stars I would. Just makes me sad.

5 minute exam at most. In and out in a flash. Ask no questions. Does not seem to care.

“A doctor-patient relationship should be one of trust, one in which you feel confident that your doctor has your best interests in mind.” Not at this doctor office and especially from Dr. Kaywin Carter and her office staff especially from the office manager. First off, Georgia was rude and even had the audacity to cut me off while speaking. She had no customer service at all and made very rude and snarky comments. Dr. Kaywin never bothered to speak to me or hear my many concerns about my visit that took place in May. I will never be back as I have washed my hands with the situation and I am moving forward wiser and now know how to handle clinics like these in particular. Stay clear. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money at this sorry excuse for a women’s clinic. They have shown me that they don’t even care about women’s health or our well being. I pray that they all get touched within their souls somehow someway and will start treating women how we should be treated when visiting the doctors office. I pray that nobody has to go through what I went through with them.I do not recommend.

I was apprehensive about using a new OB/GYN, but I'm glad I found Dr. Kaywin Carter. My first appointment went smoothly. The staff was very warm and welcoming. The office was Immaculate. I would and have recommended her to my friends and family!

So far I value Dr. carter. She’s a little rough around the edges but gets to the point and does have a warm side to her. The only complaint I have at this time is her receptionist. There is a Hispanic lady, with dark short hair that sits to the left of the first window. She is absolutely rude. She doesn’t seem to care about your concerns, Shes very short over the phone and in person. Her tone of voice is just awful and makes you feel extremely unwelcomed. I have never went out of my way to write a review publicly. But I felt this was a must. I dread walking In and seeing that I have to speak with her. Other than that I do recommend Dr. Carter. Looking forward to continuing the rest of my pregnancy through her. Also her nurses are wonderful too.

After a scary diagnosis from my PCP, Dr. Carter put my worst case scenario to rest. She was very friendly and answered all my questions. The office staff were friendly and efficient. The waiting area and exam rooms were very clean. I would highly recommend!!
