We are so impressed and feel so lucky to have the Heart Institute of East Texas in Lufkin. Dr Bachireddy has developed healthcare services for the betterment of our community and has set high standards for the staff and physicians at the Heart Institute of East Texas. They are here in East Texas not only to help in healing but to educate the people in how to lead a heart healthy life. Dr Bachireddy listens, shows great compassion at appointments with diagnostic procedures and diagnosis made with professionalism.

I went into this office for the first time. My dad was going in to get his results and clearance to have surgery. Never was his use of blood thinners discussed. Now we will have to reschedule and between this office and the surgeon's office they dropped the ball. Their lack of communication between each office is very unprofessional. Patient's should be treated like family and not numbers. When the doctor came in to speak with us we were not addressed properly and were spoken to like if we did not speak English. It's sad and disappointing when you can't trust your doctor to treat you with empathy and care. He even went as far as to pat my dad on his stomach while other staff were in the room and tell him how much he should loose weight. That alone is embarrassing for anyone. The doctor's bed side manner should be addressed.

Dr. Bachireddy is incredibly intelligent and is extremely adamant about his patients receiving the upmost, best care possible. He spends adequate amount of time with his patients and takes the time to explain medical diagnosis. There are not enough stars to represent how great of a cardiologist he is!

Dr Bachireddy saved my life about 4 years ago. My blood pressure was high, I had a fast heart rate, my lab work was abnormal and I had no chest pain. My stress test was abnormal. Three days later I had two stents placed in my heart. I was 98 percent blocked and in another place in my heart 90 percent blocked. My heart was only pumping 35 percent before the stents. Now you understand why I say Dr Bachireddy saved my life. I am very thankful for the best heart doctor in Angelina County. I am back at work and doing fine.

Dr Bachireddy is an awesome doctor. We are blessed to have a man /doctor in our community. For him every patient is important. He is caring , kind, gentle, and he has excellent bedside manners. He is a gentlemen. He has been my doctor for 7 years and my employer for 7 years. I would not change doctors. If you want a good heart doctor call the best Dr Bachireddy.

Dr. Bachireddy is a legend in East Texas! I am so proud to say he is my doctor. This man not only is a super doctor, but a great man. Very caring and loves all of his patience as if there are his personal family. I recommend him for cardiac care to anyone!
