Great atmosphere! Dr. Cheryian was referred to us from Angelina Pediatric. Our family is forever grateful on how she has helped us. She’s not a rush Dr(in a hurry). She makes sure you are educated on new and existing medications. Thank you Dr. Cheryian for all you and your staff members do to keep us healthy.

Called for a new patient appointment, and Jennifer answered. I explained we had been sent to Dr. Cheryivan by Dr. Handley, and were looking for an appointment in the next week or two for my toddler's severe eczema. Jennifer's response? "Oh, noooo. We are booked up for new patients til November. She is leaving the country tomorrow for 2 weeks." I said, "OK then, that won't work I guess.' Which is totally fine--I understand the situation. But her reply? Instead of saying would you like to book then, or I can put you on a list to call if we have an opening, or I am sorry we can't help you, or here is the name of another allergist, etc. She just said, OK, and hung up. Now, even if I could get in with her, I have no interest in dealing with the staff. The front line of your office should be polite, kind, and helpful. Not self-important. Y'all need a lesson in phone etiquette and manners, especially when dealing with new, scared parents/patients.

Very caring doctor. Dr. Cheriyan is very thorough and detailed. She explains the small details. If you leave her office and don't understand, it is due to you not listening very well. She returns phone calls, herself, if she needs to. The staff is fast to get back in touch with you. We have used Dr. Cheriyan for over 20 years. I highly recommend Dr. Cheriyan!

Language barrier made it very difficult to understand Dr. Cheriyan. Our first doctor visit with my 7 month old child we waited 1 hour and 40 minutes. She did not explain anything about the results of the allergy testing. Super frustrating to deal with her and her office. Important paperwork was not completed at the start of my child as her patient and therefore it took me over a week to receive copies of the test results.
