Dr. is Good, staff isn't. The reason for my rating is nothing to do with Dr. Vinkata and everything to do with his office staff. Dr. V is very knowledgeable in his field and I truly appreciated his skill in listening to my issues and addressing my questions. Medical staff and the doctor were great, but pre-Procedure instruction was on a generic checklist and did not address my medicines on paper. Due to missing information my first procedure was cancelled in the OR. Getting appointment set up for procedure with this office was a joke and I had to prod them into sending my information to the day surgery and pre-registration BOTH times we attempted to get the procedure done. second attempt was canceled after hours of trying to get my paperwork sent to the registry office which I had been told I must do ASAP. They called canceled later the same day as registry they could not get insurance to work. after two months of this I went to a doctor with a more experienced staff.
