Very nice facility. X-rays of spine could have been more clear- may need updated equipment in imaging.

Wonderful staff. Make me feel super calm and relaxed. Surgery was over quickly.
The whole staff was very caring and professional. No waiting. They called exactly when my appointment was made. I felt safe and secure. Of course my wife was allowed in for pre op. Amid the pandemic, the RN’s and everyone else including Dr McElroy did a puuuurfect job.Until we meet again. Frank Gilbert
The staff was very nice and courteous. Wait time not too long.

This was an amazing experience I was nervous about having a heart cath done. They were excellent people who were passionate about the patient care. Love this hospital
This is my go to hospital. The location is convenient and the staff are all courteous. I feel comfortable here and never get lost within its walls. Whether I'm with doctors, nurses, or therapists, everyone makes my visit pleasant.
It's was fast the nurse was excellent but I was discharged with now paperwork left to go pick my prescription up that they called in just to get to Walmart to find out that it was never sent it in went back up to woodland heights hospital to ask for my discharge papers and to find out about the prescription that was supposed to called in for pain in my ankle and wrist they said they will call it in to Lufkin pharmacy I get there and they haven't received anything they called the emergency room to find out about it and the doctor told them that he will send it in in a little while I called the Lufkin pharmacy the next day to see if they have called it in and they never did

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
