Quickvisit Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

Name of the business is Quick Visit but there is nothing quick about it. I came here under the last name of this establishment and they were very fast. I don’t feel like there is a sense of urgency at all!!!!!!!!!

Does not do any good to make an appointment because they will leave you waiting. Even if you make an appointment it is still first come first served. And then you have over 6 people waiting for the same time. If they are this busy maybe they need more staff and doctors. I will never come back to this place.

Made an appointment- only to be told when I went in that it would be 3 hours. Also- I had gone in about a month ago and when I went today she told me they have zero record of me and that I’ve never been there before. Um- my insurance claims say differently! Awful place.

I came into QuickVisit Tuesday evening I understood there would be a 2 to 2 1/2 hour wait but signed in and gave my insurance card, this was not a Dr visit it was Urgent Care, after 2 hours I was told my insurance required a referral, my insurance covers Urgent Care visits but the person behind the desk would not accept or check on that, I honestly believe they want you to pay cash to avoid the insurance hassle, I had used them before with NO hassle, very disappointed in their lack of care

Brought my granddaughter as she was feeling sick. Signed in at 9am finally got taken back right at 11, finally got seen at 12:15. Never again!!!

Made a same day appointment online. Showed up on time filled out all of the necessary documents. Waited about an hour. Then was told I needed a referral from my PCP or I would have to self pay?! Why would my PCP refer me to a quick care??? I mean seriously? If someone know please enlighten me. Any way went to a different urgent care was seen right away. No issues with insurance. They did the same thing with a lady trying to use Medicare. I really don’t understand. Sounds like they just want you to self pay.

Arrived at 6:50 am, employee arrived at 7:05 and unlocked door at 7:10. Employee asked us to wait while she called a patient who had a 7:00 appointment. Employee then, at 7:15 a.m., said we would have to wait at least an hour since the patient she called had an appointment. I asked why, at 7:15, do we have to wait for a patient who had a 7:00 appointment and still was not there. She said the patient was on the way. We left the location. This was our first time here, and I can assure you, it was the last.

I was first double booked in their online appointment system. day 2 , the front desk person no showed and then they open 30 min late . Waited another 30 min so overall this place is no better than a Vet hospital. Go to Athens and bypass this urgent care clinic. Non of the staff is professional or know what they are doing .

This is called "Quick Visit", that is not the case. Brought my daughter in yesterday with rashes and possible strep throat and they told me "she couldn't be seen today". I made an appointment for the following day @10:00. Got there around 9:50, turned in my signed papers and now sitting and waiting since then. It is now 10:20! Why set an appointment? They even turned away 4 other patients to come in and need to be looked at. They need to change the sign!!! Ridiculous. Won't be coming back here and I'll let all friends, family and schools know not to come here.

Do not come here your just $125 if your sick they send you back to work to share the germs so they can have tons of clients even if you have an appointment there one practitioner so you will be seen 2 or 3 hours late they don’t care !
