I loved Dr. Hubley! Gonna miss him.... Unfortunately, his front STAFF got him FIRED TODAY. I don't have anything good to say about them. As a PAYING UPFRONT (before services are rendered) CUSTOMER. I refuse to WAIT over an hour for a $100 that I just paid for a regular office visit! My time is VALUABLE TOO! It's my hard earned money and I have to right to move to a Doctor & Staff that understand that my time is valuable. Which means they need to do a better job at SCHEDULING.

I recommend Dr. Hubley highly. It's clear that he cares about his patients. I requested that he call me to give me an update on my sister and he called back within an hour on a Sunday.

My father has been trying for 2 weeks to get his scripts filled and before they could even get around to helping, BOOM! We had Hurricane Harvey hit Houston so my father and I evacuated to Madisonville, where our family has lived for 20+ years. So Hubley has been our family doctor for said amount of years. So here we are still trying to get his prescriptions filled at Walmart and finally got one thing done. We lost power so no breathing machine, we had to rush and forgot his medicine and nebulizer behind. All we wanted was the inhaler filled because it doesn't require electricity. It just blows our mind that in the state of an emergency nothing could have been done. Thank you to the pharmacy for being understanding in our time of need, distress, heartache, and most vulnerable time. Thank you for not talking to us like we are some charity case, thank you for not putting us on hold for 15-30 minutes at a time, thank you for not hanging up on us when I'm trying to get my fathers refills approved. So 4 weeks and one hurricane later we finally got something done. We will NEVER recommend this customer service free clinic to anyone. This is the worst medical staff in the history of medicine. Thanks for your time and wasting ours Dr. Hubley and staff.
