Madisonville Texas Friends. 🚩🚩🚩 Warning!!! Steer clear of QuickVisit Urgent Care In all my much experience in medical facilities throughout the years. This has to be the worst experience in my life dealing with a sick child. They have no actual medical doctors on staff, only one guy that is a nurse. He is extremely rude and non caring. With my sick child with me, I told him we will not be returning and he said good I hope you don’t. Not sure how they are still in business. - Local Church Pastor

Short staffed. Can’t walk in like a typical urgent care. Tried to get my son in today said they were only accepting appointments and said that they were all taken.

First visit & Never again. They do not understand the concept of an appointment. Got to love waiting around until your appointment time, dragging your sick kid into the facility, only to be told “they had a lot of walk ins & currently have a two hour wait.” Why take appointments?

Horrible wait time. I was the only one in the building waiting to be seen two people walked in after me. All of us got put in a room where we waited for over an hour.

My ankle is broke and they gave me instant help. It’s very painful so they gave me a shot for pain and swelling. Very nice and concerned. Thank you

No one is more surprised than we that the best medical team in the area can be found at this facility. It is the first place we’ve been in a very long time that every single person - receptionist, nurse, PA, and physician - works together in easy unity with the patient’s best interest always in mind. This group is so much better than our previous primary care office in a large metropolitan setting, that we have switched over to them exclusively for our primary care. Their follow-up care for every issue is second to none and has restored my hope and confidence that there are still places at which medicine is more than just a business. We would recommend this practice to anyone.

The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. I will be visiting again the next time my family or I need urgent care

Took my mom here for a possible UTI. She is 93. Cheyenne at the front desk was so sweet and very helpful with insurance and paperwork. Wait time was about 15 minutes. Dr. was very patient and explained testing to my mom and prescribed meds. The visit was complete within 45 minutes. I will definitely go back in the future.
