I needed to go to get a PCR Covid test to return to work. I had made the wrong type of appointment online the girl at the front was nice enough to get me in line for the right test. The male nurse who administered my test was extremely nice, I wish I had gotten his name. Not a huge fan of the doctor but did not diminish my opinion on the nurse and the front desk.They are extremely understaffed, expect to wait in your room for at least 40 minutes and another 20 after the test to see the doctor. Just try to be as gracious as you can to the staff, they are doing the best they can

I had a great experience here. I had a hard-to-come-by appointment but was even seen early. The staff were, without exception, delightful - and kept me highly informed, as well as taking the initiative to make sensible suggestions. Miss Kelsey was especially helpful, as was Dr Walter. I felt respected and very well treated, and would recommend this location without hesitation.

Everyone was booked so I found this new urgent care on FM1488. Friendly helpful experience with Deana Olsen, NP; Tina Weeks and Maria.When I had left a question on my medicine they called me back in 15 minutes! I would recommend them!

By far the worst experience ever by an Urgent Care facility. Confusing check in process. I was getting texts from two different numbers while trying to check in online. Once there they claim not to see my employer in there system and want to charge me over $200. Next Level is promoted by my employer as the exclusive Urgent care provider for us. Well, I guess not for all of us

The information about billing around covid is very misleading! The customer service is horrible. They will hang up on you and act like you are in the wrong! I will never recommend anyone to be seen at these facilities!

I had such a great experience here. They took me in in the late afternoon and had me on my way to recovery so fast that I couldn't believe it. And the whole staff was supremely helpful, kind and friendly. Quite frankly, I have never experienced a more enjoyable trip to the hospital!!!!! lol
