Office visit went well, I tried calling back to ask a question afterwards and they were so unhelpful the lady that picked the call at 6:10pm on 9/11/23 was borderline aggressive and wouldn’t answer basic questions. I hope I never have to deal with them again

Use to be five stars now they get one. I called to confirm I wouldn't have to pay a deductible since I met my max already for the year. They told me I wouldn't. I canceled my other appt with another urgent care further away to only be asked to pay the co pay once I arrived there. I asked her to check with corporate and she said her manager said the lady working there the day before doesn't know her rules for the clinic and gave me wrong info. Sounds like you guys are stealing people's money. No other place has asked for a copay still when they check your insurance and see you have met the deductible. They may who helped me prior to the appointment confirmed she could see that I met my max as well.I could have paid but why should I if they are suppose to verify your insurance. Updatd: they sent a refund check almost five months later.
