Kind and professional staff and doctor.

Dr. Jasper has been an absolute pleasure to work with and a true professional. His bedside manner immediately puts you at ease and gives you confidence in his care. He is incredibly thorough, takes the time to explain every step of the process, and sets clear expectations so you always know what to expect. What stood out to me most was how genuinely he communicated with me. He spoke to me with respect, in a way that was easy to understand, and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. It's clear that he takes great pride in his work and truly cares about his patients.

Dr. Parth Bhakta is simply amazing. The first surgery he performed on me was a joint fusion of the right big toe. He worked his magic, and I am now fully recovered and able to walk normally again (WITH NO VISIBLE SCAR). How he did this, I have no idea. He is just highly skilled. My second surgery was more of a routine bunionectomy, which required a couple of screws to hold my bones together. Again, zero issues and a faster recovery than the first surgery. Dr. Bhakta is easy to work with and explains procedures in layman's terms. He is also personable and just fun to visit. I highly recommend Accent Podiatry. The staff is also easy to work with. Honestly, I wish I had never needed a podiatrist, but I am glad this office is available for my needs. I am so glad I can walk normally again! Thank you Dr. Bhakta and staff!!!

Sophie, is one of the rudest, no integrity, unprofessional, and narcissistic individuals in the office. let's start at #1. They hit you with a $250 fee to secure your surgery bed. If my insurance covers everything, I should not haft to pay a fee to reserve a surgery bed. #2. Sophia lies and needs some accountability, she said my surgery was cancelled bc the surgery center requested more paperwork. I called the surgery center and Mandi said the cancelation came from their office. The office staff is very unprofessional and they need new staff quickly. Dr. Bhakta as a doctor condones their behavior bc they cancelled my surgery the day before. These are some of the worst people, do not go!!! Find someone better.

Dr. Pascal and team are absolutely amazing , kind, , caring . He has treated my husband Jeff and myself for a long time. We highly recommend and are blessed to have this team

- A MUST READ BEFORE YOU GO HERE!!! I've gone through THREE!! Surgeries here so, I think I can give you the most authentic and honest insight on this place. The first two surgeries were basically flat foot reconstruction surgery and the last one was to take out a plate that was bothering me from my first surgery. When coming here you have to interact with Ms BIANCA. She is one of the front desk clerks who is amazing! She greets you by name when you walk in! I love how she's very personable. I never know how she remembers all these patient names. But yes outstanding customer service. I love her! Next up is Ms. CATHY who takes you back and gets your vitals. She is always nice and makes sure she listens to any concerns you have. She always seems to be in a great mood and you can really see she cares about her job and her patients. Next comes my surgeon, DR. BHAKTA. Now when I first met Dr Bhakta it was very quick. He was not very personable or great at listening to ME. I believe this was because he had serviced my dad brother grandpa you name it. i think he believed he knew that I needed surgery. He was not so great at being patient and listening was not there. I felt like he held my life in his hands my surgeries did not go as planned and I feel my life has been forever changed. Words cannot express how this process has been for me. Let's move on to one of his assistants Ms AMBER in my experience she was the absolute worse. She took out my stitches for my first surgery and was not gentle. She made remarks about how many incisions I had saying "wow he sure cut you up like meat" and continued to laugh at my pain while taking my stitches out. She never offered to console me or stop she thought my pain was hilarious. I noticed one of my incisions were not healed and bleeding and when I brought it to her attention she brushed it off and put a cast on me which later turned into a infection. highly do not recommend her for anything. The only reason I feel she was nicer taking out my stitches from this last surgery was because she wanted a good review. She was kind this go around and even offered to help put on my boot which she has never done in the past. Quite frankly I feel she acts as if she doesn't want to touch you sometimes. I just don't recommend her at all! Moving on to therapy Dr. STEVEN is AMAZING!! He is very personable offers very genuine advice and listens to all your concerns. He answers every concern and question you have thoroughly and knowledgeable. Last but not least My good sus Ms. SHAY I love her. I owe all my recovery to her. There was days I truly wanted to give up and just not push through all of this but she not only encouraged me but pushed me to do and be my best! She is truly a gem. She was very relatable understanding and answered all my concerns professionally and when she didn't know she always got the answer for me. I didn't know that therapy was a key part of this process until she came into my life and I'm truly grateful for her. Overall some of the front desk ladies could get a little more training in professionalism and being more genuine when dealing with patients concerning payments or scheduled appointments. I work in customer service myself I know it can be frustrating but I pride myself in making sure every customer has a great experience. I would not recommend this place! I am still currently in excruciating pain every single day since my surgeries!!

Dr. Partha Bhakta is wonderful and professional. The whole office staff from doctors to staff are amazing. They care and take time to ensure you have no questions or concerns about your care. Dr. P Bhakta and Fatima are especially wonderful to ensure you've been taken care of. I highly recommend them.

Dear Accent Podiatry Management, I am writing to share my recent experience with your office regarding an order I placed for shoes through the shoe department. I hope this feedback will help improve communication and service for future patients. Over the past three months, I made several trips to my doctor’s office to ensure that all the required paperwork and authorization letters were sent to your office. I personally witnessed my doctor’s staff fax the necessary information multiple times. Despite these efforts, I was later informed by the representative in your shoe department that my doctor had not responded — which was not accurate. Throughout this process, I made multiple attempts to contact the shoe department for updates, but my calls were never returned. I also reached out to the office manager, but unfortunately, she did not return my call either. This lack of communication made the process extremely frustrating and inconvenient, especially after putting in the time and effort to ensure that everything was completed correctly on my end. It appears that this office may have a broader issue with responding to patient calls and follow-ups. I have not received a single call from the office regarding this matter, and as a result, I cannot recommend Accent Podiatry based on my experience. I appreciate the opportunity to provide this feedback and hope that steps will be taken to improve communication and patient service in the future.

Dr. Jasper is a wonderful doctor. He is so knowledgeable and has an awesome bedside manner. Amber is great too! I highly recommend Dr. Jasper.
