I’ve been dealing with blurriness in my right eye for a few weeks and so after doing my research I found this eye center. I chose this place because Dr. Mahasneh seemed to have the best experience. However, after having my eyes dilated and checked, I realized it wasn’t Dr. Mahasneh that was there to diagnose my eye issue. I specifically chose this place to see here BECAUSE of her expertise. The lady who was there told me it was a dry eye issue and to use eye drops. I checked out and was only given a card on what date to return along with a location they are moving to. A few weeks later I called to try and get a summary of my visit because I wasn’t able to locate it in my online account. The lady told me I would have to pay a $25 fee to get sent the summary (something they should’ve gave me at check out but failed to do so). After a short discussion with the staff, they said they would email it to me at no cost. Little did I know it was my actual diagnosis along with a treatment plan that I could’ve started right then and there. I won’t be returning due to my bad experience.

Dr.Shaam is the best doctor i have ever had,very professional and caring about your concern,always try to figure out the best solution to your problem i would recommend her to anyone with eye problems 5 stars all the way😁😁😁😁😁 surgery was excellent great doctor shamm excellent staff.

The staff is amazing and professional. Dr. Mahasneh is the BEST. She takes time on learning what is best moving forward for your quality of life. I was very miserable before I had the surgeries. I am so Happy and pleased with my eye sight and results. I highly recommend her and her staff with any eye issues. Once again the staff is Outstanding and she is the Best in her profession. Nobody is Better!!!!

Whenever I have to deal with the Texas healthcare system (this office included), I find myself wanting to move back to my home state. The level of inefficiency and inconsistency, and the inconvenience of requiring an in-person visit for every minor issue, even when medical history (for specialized issues) clearly shows a need for medication, is incredibly frustrating. What’s even more aggravating is that appointments are repeatedly canceled, causing inconvenience, yet no responsibility is taken. Instead, the response is, “It’s the patient’s responsibility.” In reality, the lack of accountability often feels more evident on their end. Even simple efforts, like sending reminders or follow-up notices, especially after cancellations, would demonstrate a basic level of service. Instead, the experience can feel transactional, as though patients are treated as little more than a source of revenue. To make matters worse, it’s not uncommon to spend over two hours in the office before ever seeing the doctor. Overall, it’s a continued disappointing experience. That said, I’m giving two stars instead of one because the staff are generally kind and pleasant during in-person visits but with the number of other issues this office presents, that’s the bare minimum.

My visit was outstanding, I was called in early, Dr Mahasneh and staff was the best.

Dr M has been great. She is courteous, professional and attentive. All of the staff have been exceptional as well. They have really made my experience as seamless and pleasant as possible.

This experience with Dr M and her staff is nothing short of miraculous. Having been nearsighted since 2nd grade, my eyes have been a challenge my entire life. Now, at 67, I was both near sighted and far sighted requiring special order lenses for my cataract surgery because of my extreme eye measurements. After surgery, I am now seeing 20 20! I am so very grateful for the kind, compassionate, prefessional expertise that has changed my life!

Cataract surgery. Easiest surgery ever. Dr. Mahasneh is the best. I have 20/20 vision now, can see like a hawk. I could not be happier.
