Reading the reviews all so not good ..Perhaps you all need to tweak your call center...Assign several to each clinic...As it is I was on hold for an hour and no one ever answered and to make it worse you leave your number and no one ever calls back..Your very own website says you put patients first...Well judging by all your low reviews this isn't actually in a truth category...

Incompetent staff can not get you scheduled! Had an appointment made, get a call “sorry the doctor is going out of town, we will get you in next week same time” I call back and next person says “it can’t be done”. They do not care at all at this office. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else that you aren’t being handled by some rude, robotic burned out woman that couldn’t care less.

It’s difficult when your Urologist is booked 3-4 months in advance and there are no openings for you. Their solution is to see another partner in the association. My appointment was with a new partner with them for 18 days. To get a prescription refilled took me 3 weeks and counting after making a complaint today with MSMD. The office manager called me and made an excuse for the reason why. I called the pharmacy technician she spoke with and I heard a different reason for the delay. It’s not Professioal to tell half truths for the reason why I had to wait and wait..was a good ploy but factually incorrect. I believe people understand that blaming the other party is normal today. When they get away with partial truths they become bolder. When they get caught...it’s swept under the rug department. The original group are excellent doctors.

I called to make a new patient appointment and the girl asked what i needed to see the doctor for, so I gave her the short version. She asked me to hold, when she came back she said she found a dr in NRH to see me. I asked her why one of their doctors couldn’t see me and she said they didn’t have a dr who specializes in my problem. Then she asked me to hold and she will find one closer. I held for 15 minutes then hung up. Made no sense to me. I have a urology problem so I called a urologist office?????

Dr.Amos is really great! He really broke things down so it made sense to me and seemed really caring and friendly.

This doctor is great. Has helped me so much.

Dr MacKay has operated on my back 3 times and each time the results were fantastic. He and his staff are so kind and professional. I look forward to his relieving my pain because I know that will be the result.

Eventhough my case was tough and others were not willing to try, he was willing to take me as a patient. I understand that a doctor has to justify the tests and hospitalizations they request. Often a doctor will not hospitalize a patient and run tests unless they are pretty sure it can be justified. Dr. McKay did that for me eventhough it seemed unlikely a cause would be found. And when it seemed like I was a nut to everyone else, he remained kind and compassionate. I did not ever feel like he was concerned about anything but helping me. And I should add, he is professinal and knew what he was doing. His persistence did lead to a cure for me. He is a very special person. Thank you so very much.

Quite simply, Dr. MacKay is my hero!! For the past 20 years he has taken excellent care of my dilapidated spine, allowing me a say inmy care! Between fusions, laminectomies and CTR's, this man has kept me walking and talking! We jest that his children have now completed college but I gently remind him I'm now working on the grand baby's education! You see, I have DDD and I will always be under his care, retirement is out of the question as long as I have a spine :-) I highly recommend this man that is a true gift from God!

My husband has stage 4 lung cancer and has had gamma knife 5 times so far. Dr. Mackay has been one of his doctors for over a year and I can't say enough about him. He has been up-front with us from the start and always answers our questions to the best of our ability. I would recommend him to anyone needing a neurosurgeon.
