Baylor Scott & White Emergency Hospital Mansfield's Online Review Report Card

In my life I had seen such terrible and terrible patient care in a hospital, tonight I went with my mom with terrible pain, they made me wait for more than 2 hours to take care of her, it seems that there was only one doctor for the emergency then 4 hours passed and they did not give a diagnosis, placed morphine and it was worse for my mom, in the end not to give a result, we waited more and went out into the hallway to look for someone to give me an answer and the nurse an extremely rude man shouted at me and told me That I had to wait and that if they would discharge my mother because there were more patients who needed that room, I don't know what kind of administration and what poor selection of health employees they are looking for in that hospital but they should fire those types of people who only have a degree but of education never knew anything. Never visit that hospital is one of the worst I've ever seen

I went in today for chest pain and body pain and the radiologist Sherron Gladney was so rude and she acted like she didn't want to perform the EKG and she didn't speak when she walked into the room. Everyone else was pleasant but I probably won't be back because she was very unwelcoming.

WATCH OUT!! You have to be kidding me with the things I heard today , this literally has to be a joke. I’m sitting there in the patient room where they placed me and all I hear is “you can take pictures of the patients and do whatever you wanna do, then goes on to say you will not be fired !! They do not care !! Wait what !! Red flag 🚩 let me go 🏃🏻‍♀️I do not want to be put on the internet knowing they won’t get any consequences!! Something needs to be done ASAP!!Never will I go back or refer anyone to this hospital! And the URL they post cannot be found 404 Error ! Run as fast as you can !! I was here four weeks ago, and they promised that they would send out blood results and get back to me within 7 to 10 business days, and whenever I called back two weeks later because I never heard anything back from them they kept telling me that I couldn't get my results over the phone, and that it was against HIPAA law to share my own results with me? And then finally I call back four weeks later to try to get the results and they told me I'm not even in the freaking system. I am beyond livid. I'm paying them monthly $50 totalling over $1000 for answers, and now I don't even exist in their system and I get no answers... it's ridiculous. Do NOT go here.

My adult daughter went here feeling awful health wise. She waited almost 4 hours to be seen in the ER. When she was finally seen they told her she could only be swabbed for flu, strep and of course covid. Her nurse advised her no imaging is allowed and the capability has been taken away from the ER. She was then advised to contact our primary for a more accurate covid test and to do her labs. Why can't they advise people signing in that no imaging is available? Plus why was the wait so long if only swabs are being done? Ridiculous!!

Nice, clean facility. Everyone i came into contact was friendly and professional. Was there from about 5:20p to 8:20p. Fastest ER experience I've had and will definitely be coming here in the future.

I was in so much pain, that I was clenching my fist to were my nails were literally digging in my skin... I couldn't take the pain in my knees any longer.. The nurses got me to the back as quick as possible and I was greeted by a doctor and nurse as soon as I touched the room. They took good care of me, and by the time I left. I had xray results, and my blood pressure down which was 169/110.. I can't thank them enough for the care they gsve me

The Dr, the MA assistant and the desk person are all top notch. This is a top notch facility. Dr Urieto is very caring and he remembers a lot. He shows concern for my health and offers great advice. Here, you're not just a patient. You're a human being. And the care provided is second to none. It is well worth the near 30 mile drive to make my appointment. Thanks Baylor and thanks Dr Urieto and Emma for all you do.

Really, just the worst from start to finish.  I was mis-diagnosed and told there was not anything they could do to help me, that the problem would solve itself in a few days.  .  The nurse told me I needed to go to an ER (I thought I was).  I was in pain for 2 more weeks before finally going to another hospital and got help there.  After receiving a large bill, I filed a complaint with the company, but never heard from them.  Please do not go to this facility for help.

Worst Experience ever! My Uncle had the worst experience and almost dies in this place. They have rude staff and no doctors are physically present during rounds for inpatient patients. Nurses are unprofessional, lack of experience and skills and radiology tech is even worse.
