Dr. Smith has been my family doctor since I was born. A few years ago I went to him as I was having excruciating pain in my stomach- to which he suggested to stop eating tomatoes and spicy food at night and take a tums. I insisted, sharing that I was frequently missing school and work- as I was unable to sleep when my pain would arise. I even cried during that appointment, so stressed about the severity of my pain. Alas, he sent me home anyways. So I took tums and cut those foods from my diet and still had horrible pains. I went to a walk in clinic as Dr. Smith was useless. The woman took me seriously, suggested major diet changes like not eating dairy or gluten. Finally, she suggested it sounded like gallbladder disease. I was ordered an ultrasound, but i was unable to get an appointment because of covid. I saw many doctors, and when I finally had my ultrasound they soon enough they realized my gallbladder was having some serious problems. Birth control can cause gallbladder disease, and Dr. Smith had perscribed me birth control around six months before my pains started. It ended up taking three years for my pains to be diagnosed. It had gotten so bad that I needed to have my gallbladder removed. Dr. Smith’s original negligence led to all this- and for that I would never recommend or go back to him.

my family has been using Dr Smith for over 20 years and find he is not as interested in his job as he used to be and is almost always way behind by at least 45 mins , also his receptionist never seems to get things right

Dr Smith has been my dr for over 25 years I couldn’t imagine seeing anyone else I could not appreciate him more he always has time for me and his staff are very accommodating. Thank you

Dr. Smith has been my family doctor for almost 30 years. He truly treats you like family and sincerely cares about each of his patients. Very blessed he took my son on to be his family doctor.
