I would not recommend this care now location. The staff is very unprofessional. They laugh at people who are concerned about issue to why a patient has been waiting over 3 hours after an appointment was scheduled. As well as a random girl making comments on why I was upset about the wait time and telling me what I should be doing. Then they make up they have an emergency triage. It’s care now not an er. Why waiting during this time the doctor is walking around not dealing with an emergency. After waiting 3 hours I get told it may be another 45mins to an hour. Enjoy being treated like a inconvenience and laughed at. I do not recommend 0-10. Go to MANSFIELD URGENT CARE and family medicine. After leaving extremely hurt and upset from care now I went to Mansfield urgent care and got in 15 mins to be taken care of. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SET FOOT IN A CARE NOW LOCATION.

This facility employs staff that does not believe in Western Medicine. Strong recommend against, if you need any kind of medical treatment.

Horrible service. I felt so degraded. It felt like since I was white I wasn't as important. We have waited 3 1/2 hrs an still haven't been able to pee in a cup for a pre-employment drug screen. I will never come to another carenow again. Ridiculous
