Dr. Pace found my prostate cancer others urinologist overlooked it. I am here today because of a great doctor.

HORRIBLE! My husband waiting alone in a room, while I was sent to the car to wait for ALMOST 2 HOURS and never saw the Dr. I went in and got my husband at 5:15, still waiting to see the doctor. The receptionist refunded my copay, but they went ahead and sent the urine sample to the lab (which of course I knew nothing about) and now wants me to pay $10 for it. It's not the $10, it's the horrible way it was handled. I was told, "he always spends a lot of time with his patients." Not apologetic at all. When we left and didn't see the doctor, there should NOT have been lab work done.

Be prepared to wait at LEAST an hour after your appointment time. My last appointment was 2:30 pm. It was 4:00 when I got called to the examanation room,another 30 minutes to see the doctor . minutes with him,he was gone. That was and will be my last visit.

Dr. Pace has been my urologist for 9 years. He has successfully treated me for kidney stones and helped my BPH through a TURP procedure. Now I am relying on him for my issues with kidney cancer. He is extremely competent, caring and patient. I am 83 and have had urological problems for more than 30 years. Before finding Dr. Pace I was treated by 4 other urologists, one at Columbia Presbyterian in NYC, one who was the Chairman of the Department of Urology at Penn Medical School, and two others. NONE of these men were as good as Dr. Pace. I recommend him without reservation of any kind.

Dr. Pace is an excellent Doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Pace. He is very efficient with his work and truly cares about his patients. He spends time with his patients and is never in a rush when he is talking to you. Dr. Pace was able to fix the problem I was having and I had seen another urologist who had failed to fix the problem.

Dr Pace is an excellent doctor and has taken care of a friend of mine for several years. He recently moved his office and changed groups. Now there is an 8 minute hold just to get a call center to answer the phone and NO connection with his office. Unless the doc can remedy this, I am going to encourage my friend to find a different doctor. I do not believe this new practice reflects the doc's values, and I have not decided whether it is worth trying to get a message to him to voice out discontent. Dr Pace, if you see this, you need to know that WHATEVER you are paying that call center, you are paying too much!
