When I did my triage over the phone, I provided the address to the pharmacy I needed my prescription sent to. Once I called to check my status on my prescription, the prescription was sent to a wrong pharmacy on the other side of town. I called to inform them it was sent to the wrong address and stated to the nurse who took my information that I had provided her with the correct address. She didn’t apologize or acknowledge that she had made a mistake. Secondly, this is my second and last time going. They have me take a pregnancy test , I know it’s for precaution but it’s so inconvenient because I know and can’t get pregnant. I don’t feel like having that conversation. As I was walking out of the room, I overheard the Dr or PA state to the nurse that he thought she said I was pregnant. I thought that was very unprofessional and just wanted to run out of there. My first visit was with different doctor and nurse , with a much better experience that’s why I went there again. But I’m certain I will not be going back anymore.

The online registration process is transparent and seamless and greatly facilitates your being seen expeditiously. The receptionist is very polite and professional as is the medical assistant who performs the triage. The medical provider is very professional, cordial and knowledgeable. The service is overall great. Try it.

The nurse Gina was very nice and friendly. The doctor was also nice and answered all my questions with a great smile. This is the first time I’ve been to an Urgent Care. My experience was very positive and I will definitely use this place in the future. I highly recommend this Urgent Care because of the friendly staff, nurse, and the doctor (Sorry, I didn’t get his name), and the less wait time to see the doctor unlike other places I’ve been to.

Amazing Urgent care!! Their online registration is quick and easy, I loved being able to pick a time and then wait in my car so I wasn’t around others to share my germs or to be around theirs. The staff was prompt and friendly. I was in and out in 30 min. Did I mention how clean it was? Hope I don’t need to but I know where I’m going should I need an Urgent Care again. DO NOT GO HERE Firstly, the front desk receptionist is very rude, aggressive, and unprofessional at all times. Secondly, the nursing staffs from the MA to the NP are also very unprofessional and don't seem like they know what they're doing, especially the NP whose name is Nam. I went there for a sick visit and told them that I would like to use the Walgreens which is down the street from them. But guess what? After I was seen, they sent my prescription to Albertsons pharmacy which is 20 miles away from where I live. I called the clinic to see if they can switch it back to the one I had earlier requested for, but the rude "Phone answerer" (receptionist) started arguing with me and had the guts to tell me there's nothing they could do and I needed to call the Albertsons pharmacy to correct their own mistake. I was forced to go back to the clinic to make sure their mistake was corrected. And even at that, none of them showed any remorse or even tried to apologize. The rookie and incompetent Nam the NP just sat there staring without uttering any words. I just wasted my whole day visiting their "Urgent Clinic." It was more like an "All Day" Clinic. Nothing urgent about them. I will recommend you go there if you would love to waste your time and money.

To be in a position where you aren’t feeling the best, this was one of the best experiences I have ever had in this area at any other urgent care. All the staff were very attentive, kind, professional, and empathetic to all my needs.
