James Irvine, Do's Online Review Report Card

So disappointed with this place I could write a book about my negative experiences here but I won't waste my time any longer.

I was diagnosed 9 months ago with a condition that required me to be referred to another doctor. They supposedly referred me and I heard nothing for months. After waiting, I finally called and asked who they referred me to and got nothing back. So I started calling doctors myself. When I asked them to send my information to a doctor I’d found myself they apparently told the office I am not their patient. I have reached out so many times trying to get things figured out. I’ve had offices reach out themselves with no such luck. I am amazed by the absolute lack of care. I’ve sent multiple emails, calls, etc trying to get the info I needed. I finally saw a new doctor so I could get a referral and I had one within a day… something that in 9 months they couldn’t get their crap together on.

Dr. Irvines office has been easy to work with over the years. The office staff is friendly and calls back when they say they will. The medical care has been exceptional.

I cant say enough about the great care I receive every time I visit Mansfield Medial Clinic, Dr Irvines office. They are thorough, they listen and create a care plan just for you. I was struggling with some health issues and I’ve dramatically improved thanks to them.

Doctors who care about their patients. The people in the world. Would recommend to anyone.

Great staff of professionals, i am always treated with respect. And they also are easy to talk with as well and that means alot to me. I and my wife have been patients of Dr. Irvine for a few years now. I do highly recommend Dr. Irvines office they have all been great for us. God bless them.

Amazing, friendly service from check-in to check-out. Dr Irvine listened to all my concerns. I didn't feel rush or like I was just another number. Highly recommend!

Be Aware! These folks are criminal for billing health conditions that you don't have. I stressed multiple times that I was coming in for my FREE preventative care visit and that it needs to be coded correctly so that I'm not charged. I stated that I have no health issues. I'm just coming for my free care visit that my insurance pays for 100% which will give me a discount off the cost of my insurance. Their front office, Jennifer, assured me that my visit would be free and that labs would be free too. I was billed $178. I've called and left voice messages to get this corrected with no response as of yet. During my visit Dr James Irvine's new nurse practioner, Sherry, asked if I was depressed and I said no. Again she asked if I felt any depression and I said no. She asked a 3rd time if I felt even a little bit depressed and I said no. I said look I have a full-time job that I have to get back to right after. I'm NOT depressed. After talking to my insurance company, they beleive she was trying to get me to say I was depressed so that she could bill me for it. Instead they billed me for being tired when I was NOT tired and never said I was tired. They also billed me for a thyroid condition that I had years ago because I mentioned it but said I have not had any symptoms for years. They also billed me for ear wax. And they billed me for labs too when Jennifer assured me it would be free. No telling how many other people they have deceived. Make sure you examine your bill carefully and file complaints for deceptive billing.

Got in and had my physical done on time,and in a very professional manner.
