John R. Harris's Online Review Report Card

Firstly, I was very nervous about my appointment. The staff made me feel very comfortable. Secondly, I went thinking I had an issue in one area and was surprised to find out it was something entirely different. Dr. John Harris was amazing. He walked me through the x-rays explaining what was going on. He showed me healthy x-rays and compare them to my x-rays pointing out the issues. I Felt like he was really focused on me and my response to the news. I didn’t feel rushed. It was more like a conversation instead of here’s the news, do you have any questions, thank you, which sometimes happens these days. I was more than impressed. I was grateful and I’m thankful to have I doctor like him to walk this path with me.

Met Dr Harris at the hospital after a fall resulting in a broken ankle. Was immediately impressed with him, his knowledge, his bedside manner, everything. Follow up visits at his office were no different — great experience! He and his staff proved to be more responsive than our PCP and stayed on top of anything that came up to ensure complete recovery. Cannot say enough good things about Dr Harris, his PA Stephen Martinez, and his support staff. Highly recommend!

Dr Harris is awesome. He was so friendly, fast and detailed. He showed so much concern. I love the staff as well.

Dr. Harris did a great job on my shoulder. My rotator cuff was torn to pieces and 6 months later it is better than it was before my accident. Dr. Harris has great bedside manners and even asked if we could pray before we went into surgery. My recovery was smooth and virtually pain free. I would highly recommend Dr. Harris!

Dr. Harris performed surgery on my wife's wrist to remove a ganglion cyst. He did an excellent job. The staff was very professional and nice throughout the entire ordeal. He even said a prayer for her before the surgery. Really respect this man, he is an excellent doctor.

Its difficult to give a good review when his office staff is so horrible. Again HORRIBLE.I have called no less than 5 times, and was told I would be called back. It NEVER HAPPENED.The most recent time, whoever answer the phone said she'll pass it on to the nurse and have the her call me back. When I said "Okay, yet again, I'll wait to get called back"... she just laughed at me.Yeah... LAUGHED AT ME.It's a shame, since he has such good reviews, I wanted to have him perform the procedure. But I can't risk it when his staff literally doesn't give a SH!T.

Dr. Harris perform surgery on my shoulder and I would recommend him to friends and family. Not only is Dr. Harris a great doctor he is an awesome human being, thank you for everything Dr. Harris

Dr. Harris has exceptional bedside manners. I just had rotator cuff surgery 3 weeks ago and he explained everything he was going to do prior to surgery. When it was time for surgery I asked him to pray for me and he did without hesitation. I would highly recommend his for any Orthodepic issues. He’s the best!

Excellent facility, staff, and surgeons.I had shoulder surgery two weeks ago. Everything pre & post has been very positive.There was one challenge in getting a home medical device in time before the surgery. The staff really went above and beyond to make things happen. It was personally delivered to my house the day of surgery.
