Dr Wu is great! Very knowledgeable and answers all your questions, and is very thorough. Easy to talk to and explains problem and treatment plan. Also very prompt and staff is very helpful and friendly.

Took my wife to Dr Wu for having balance issues, potential vertigo symptoms. As a PA, I felt Dr Wu did a poor job triaging my wife. In sake of keeping this review short, I’ll leave it at that. He lacks attention to detail and seems checked out. He blamed it on her BMI, mind you my wife is 5 ft 5 140 lbs. While that’s not skinny she’s no where near obese. It seemed like instead of doing a full work up he just blamed it on BMI. I took her to another ENT that a physician I work with recommended and thanks to a proper triaging in his office he could tell it was vestibular vertigo but also sent her for imaging just to be sure.

True patient testimony: Are you looking for an ENT? Not just any ENT, but an ENT who is knowledgeable, compassionate, listens, and someone you can trust your ENT care with? Believe me, I looked for 2 months before I met Dr. Wu. He is everything listed and more! I had two medical procedures done and both went well. Dr. Wu isn’t your ordinary ENT. He is an extraordinary doctor who change my everyday ENT health and could change yours too. Save your time and look no further. I highly recommend Dr. Wu for your ENT care.

Absolutely recommend dr WU! He is friendly, knowledgeable, understanding and very professional. Best of all he takes time to listen of questions we have, which makes us feel satisfied and at peace when we leave his office; knowing that we have been seen by a dr that cares for his patients. Bless you n your staff!
