loves to hear herself talk but does not like to listen. It is difficult to be heard and impossible to ask questions - mainly because you cannot get a word in edgewise. She appears to fixate on a word or partial issue and does not address the full reason for being seen.

Dr.Dick literally walked out of the exam room while I was still talking to her and asking questions. This is after I waited an hour and a half to be seen. Finding another Dr who actually cares about their patients.

I have had issues with getting my prescriptions refilled in a timely manner. On occasion I've had to call back several times pretty much reminding them to send the request back for approval.

My entire family sees Dr. Karla. She is great in helping us as a family and individually. We have been patients for over 4 years and very happy.

If I could leave zero stars for this woman, I would. By far the worst doctor I have ever been to. She is rude, condescending, and her bedside manner is extremely lacking. She does not listen to you. She interups while you are still talking, which only tells me that she is more interested in getting her rhetoric out than paying attention to what you are trying to tell her. She is all for pushing medication, as opposed to other alternatives,which tells me she is probably getting monetary kick backs from the pharmaceutical companies. Belittling and rude. Not to mention the fact that you can NEVER get in to see her or an PA when you are sick and actually in need to being seen. She apparently doesn't like to make eye contact and seems to always be in a hurry to be somewhere else. She acts put off by the fact that she has to deal with you or you are an inconvenience. I would not recommend this woman to anyone I cared about. For a doctor, she doesn't seem to like people very much. Very cold.
