The staff was inviting and attentive as soon as I arrived. The waiting time was average, not too long. I really like the one and one with my doctor Katherine Pederson. She makes you feel comfortable, I was not rushed and it’s given the time to ask questions and explain my situation. This is my second time visiting with her and in both cases I was satisfied.

We have followed Dr Pederson for almost 5 years now. Our whole family loves her and the way she truly cares and listens to her patients. We also appreciate her desire to find the cause of an issues, use of holistic and natural remedies, and lifestyle changes rather than just prescribing medication. She is a dying breed and we will follow her everywhere!

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Pederson’s office and never even made it to my first appointment due to the way the staff handled things. To start, I had to schedule my appointment three months in advance. That wasn’t a problem for me, since I was simply trying to establish care. However, they entered my birthdate incorrectly, which prevented me from logging into my patient portal. I figured it could easily be fixed at the appointment. On the day of my appointment, I missed a call from the office—only to discover they had tried calling me three times before without ever leaving a voicemail. I returned the call within thirty minutes, but the person I needed to speak with was unavailable. Two hours later, Christy finally called me back—just two hours before my scheduled appointment, and right after I’d received a text confirming it for 2:00 p.m. She then informed me, without prior notice or request, that she had rescheduled me for 4:30. In other words, I lost my appointment time simply because I had missed her call. If this is their policy, it was never communicated to me. Regardless, the lack of professionalism and consideration was enough for me to decide not to continue care here. For an office booked so far out, making last-minute changes like this reflects poor management—and likely would have led to more problems down the road. In the end, I suppose I should thank Christy for saving me from future frustrations, because this was not the kind of care I want to entrust my health to.

As usually is the case, we were taken back within 5-10 minutes. The Dr came in as the niece/technician completed her part of the examination. The Dr was concerned and very informative.
