I'm really sorry to whomever needs treatment from this establishment. Unfortunately I do need treatment but my experience has been the opposite of great. Horrible communication, you wait in the lobby for 30-45 minutes each visit and overall horrible experience.Update: nov 25th 2021. Traveling out of town and running low on my prescription as I have not received my delivery before heading out of town for the holiday. I asked them to write me a prescription so I could go to a local pharmacy (whom already said they could help) and low T said that they can't help me out because they could only use their own pharmacy. Patients do not come first here. As soon as I get back into town I am finding somewhere else to go. So done with this location.Funny enough, I called another low t in a different city and they were able to help.GO FIGURE!!

I call up there to make an appointment and they say to show up then when I get there they say they can’t see me the girls there do not know how to do there job

I've been coming for just over a year, and the staff is awesome. They all take the time to help map out a treatment regimen for you. In addition to actually getting to know you, as a person.

I have been a customer for several years and I cant say enough good things about the staff. The facility is always clean and well managed. If I had to change facilities I would probably quit going. when I have to miss my regular visit I am always anxious to get back there and not just because of the service they provide, but the staff as well. I have built some great relationships with them and I hope none of them move on to other things because I would miss them greatly. (especially Marisol) If you are looking for the perfect Low T Center Mansfield is the one!

I have been coming here for a year and a half now and have to say that the doctors and staff are very professional and knowledgeable! I have always been treated as if I was the most important patient in the room. Keep up the good work ladies!

I’ve been coming in every week and these folks are truly the best. They’re always very fast. I have friends that go to other clinics and they complain about the wait times. Everyone is always super friendly and they make it the best possible experience.
