Today I was so disappoint when today, IWas told to reschedule my appointment for being 11 minutes late and turned away by front office staff. The real problem with this is I haven't been late before and my health issue are serious. I was feeling bad today because of high blood pressure and it didn't seem to matter to health professionals. I will not return to this office. Rules for are important but the office manager spent 15-20 explaining,I could have been checked in. What about a warning,next time don't be late. Also it's so hard to get appointments there. I did learned a lesson.

I've been going to McInnis since he first started at this practice and now I try to call 5+ times over 3 weeks for an appointment and can't ever get through. I finally got through today and there's no availability for 3+ months. This is ridiculous. What happened to doctors not accepting new patients so that they could continue to treat the ones they already have? McInnis is great as a doctor, but the practice is poor as a business.
