My doctor is personally very nice but they’ve canceled on me twice now. The Arlington location has has never done this (but their wait time is crazy long) and whoever I get on the phone at Mansfield sounds like she has zero patience and hates her job. I was supposed to have an appointment today, and was called by them and asked if it could be moved until tomorrow Same time. Now they have no idea what I’m talking about. Same as last time. They also break up my appointments. Ex: sono at 12:30 and then bloodwork at 2pm like I can just leave on a work day that long. Never had an OB do that to me. It’s inconsiderate and now I don’t get to see my babygirl tomorrow or today like planned. I have to wait 2 solid weeks.

What obgyn office doesn't allow children? Like what about moms who don't have 24/7 babysitters. Or single moms who need the appointment but doesn't have anyone to watch the kids. That's actually insane to me. Absolutely not. Walked right back out.

HORRIBLE experience. Had a new patient appointment, went in early , checked in and nothing spectacular was fine, was taken back and told to get ready for physician assistant. Waited 30 minutes, they forgot about me. Never gave me an update or checked to see if I was ok. Got dressed and walked out, was told the Doctor is running late from hospital. I was lied to straight to my face since I was not even scheduled with a Doctor. I told them they need to communicate. If I could post a negative rating I would

Dr Hussein is AMAZING!! She is a girls girl! Always happy and positive! Very attentive and caring! I just found her and I’m so grateful I did! I’m telling everyone about her!! She is definitely a gem! I had a procedure done, and she talked to me throughout the process to make sure I was ok and comfortable. Loved her!

Very poor customer service and experience. I initially went here a few years ago and since moved. I was hoping to be seen at another location but they made that impossible and refused to schedule me with a different provider for a simple exam. I explained I don’t live near the prior location and they did not care. Would not recommend anyone to go here.

Dr Hussain is absolutely amazing. I will gladly drive an hour to go to her over anyone else. She’s easy to talk to and truly cares about her patients. I appreciate that she discusses options without pushing products or meds unnecessarily. (The new automated phone system is not ideal, but I get it.)
