List of Paul Chan's Reviews
Dr Chan has been my urologist for 12+years. I wouldn't want any other Dr than him. He gets the 5 stars. Beware of one of the front desk person. She puts the "R" in rude. Wow just wow with her. Don't have a job like this if you're amazingly rude.
I had a vasectomy performed by Dr. Paul Chan at his office Urology Partners of North Texas in Arlington back on July 8, 2022. He seems to be always in a hurry. He is not very gentle when handling your privates. The procedure was very painful and was awake for the whole time. He started the surgery along without his nurse to assist and did the entire left side without her. Before starting the right side he ran out into the hall and yelled to have the nurse come in to help him. I experienced lots of swelling and discomfort after the surgery. I went back for my 1 week check up after the surgery and he put me on more antibiotics due to an infection most likely since the swelling wasn't getting better on my left side. It has been over a month now and still in pain on the left side. Would not recommend Dr. Chan for anything. Look somewhere else.
Dr.Chan is very honest and listens to your concerns. I think he really cares about his patients. I think you can trust him
I couldn't give zero stars so I gave one. Nurse was rude and didn't listen- same goes for Doctor Chan. Very dismissive of my case and didn't listen to all the variables. Did NOT explain the findings at all and neither did his Nurse. Talked down to me as if I didn't know what a UTI was and that was why I was there. Every phone call I had sounded like they didn't want to be there. Urology staff super unprofessional, dismissive, and uncaring.

I became a patient of Dr. Chan’s in September 2020. He has a very easy going and friendly way about him. A quiet confidence. Being a new patient wasn’t easy for me. At first I was afraid such a big practice at Urology Partners would be sort of like a cattle call. My experience there was quite the opposite. Everyone from the check in staff to check out were excellent. Even the people that answer the phone had a basic understanding of urology and knew how to direct call-in questions. Everyone I dealt with was EXTREMELY nice and professional. The facilities are very clean and sanitary. In particular I wanted to give a shout out to Katelyn/Kaitlin ? on Dr. Chan’s staff. She went above and beyond her duties to ensure my questions were answered to put me at ease. I can’t say enough good things about her patience and understanding when dealing with me individually. The entire staff and Dr. Chan get an A++++++. I highly recommend.
Dr Paul Chan is the best doctor I have ever see. He is very patient, caring, knowledgeable. I hope everyone able to find a Dr as good as him.
A competent and caring physician who really does care about his patients. Things are not the same during the pandemic but he does all he can to interact with his patients.
Doctor is really quite thorough as one can be on a telephone conference call.
Dr. Chan is the best family doctor I ever have. He is very patient, knowledgeable and compassionate. He always go above and beyond and work tirelessly. I do not mind that the waiting time is a little bit longer than expected sometimes, I understand that another patient is getting his full attention and care at the moment. He has a professional and dedicated team in the office as well.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
