FRONT OFFICE & BILLING HORRIBLE. PLEASE READ PREVIOUS REVIEWS FROM OTHERS! WE ALL LOVE THE DR BUT THE STAFF ISNT IT. I scheduled an appointment with this office the first time in Sept 2025 because I have severe periods. I filled out the paperwork and I paid my co-pay required and seen Dr. Kollar! She herself is AMAZING and helped me significantly! I since then scheduled to have fibroid surgery. After this appointment in September I wanted to be seen for another issue and they were telling me I had an outstanding balance of almost $400! I was like how? What's it for because my insurance shows I owe nothing! I contacted my insurance & the office over 7 times (joint calls) mind you to get this resolved. Nonetheless my insurance was correct & I owed nothing. Wasted from the FIRST appointment ever in September until mid December to have this cleared up that I went elsewhere to get my services taken care of. I called recently February to request a refill for pain medication for my girl time and they stated I needed to schedule an appointment to be seen again. I said ok and scheduled one. I woke up today at 8am because I've been dealing with a migraine & was requesting to reschedule the appointment and was told its a $50 fee to reschedule or cancel the same day appointment. I am like what? I wasn't even told this when I scheduled the appointment a few days ago. She stated it was in the paperwork I signed in September last year & Ive only been once. Nonetheless, the Dr is the sweetest & kindest person ever but the staff will have her losing patients! I will never use this unorganized office again. I do not have time to be waiting 3 months because I was billed incorrectly & they were trying to charge my insurance nor for not being told there would be a fee of $50 to cancel/reschedule the appointment the same day. Like I know how I am to feel the day of appointment. I am beyond blown away! I literally spoke to the lady to schedule the appointment and even asked about what the fees would be because I didnt want a repeat only to have a repeat issue. So unfortunately due to the lack of organization at the office I will not return and look elsewhere. I urge other NEW patients to do the same unless you're OK with these type of continued issues. I cant even imagine what other thing would arise.
Dr Kollar, her PA & her staff have been amazing!!!! And I've had some terrible OBGYNs in my past to compare her to. She has been phenomenal with helping me through perimenopause and menopause. She actually takes the time to go over test results in detail, doesn't rush me and answers all my questions. Something no other OB has ever done. She is very knowledgeable and friendly, the office is clean and I like the staff. I've read some of the terrible reviews on here and that has not been my experience at all here. I highly recommend her and her office.
Dr. Kollar has an excellent bedside manner and truly takes the time to listen, which immediately made me feel comfortable and respected. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything in a clear, easy-to-understand way. As someone in my mid-forties, I appreciated that she understood my stage of life and tailored her care to my specific needs rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions and concerns were addressed thoughtfully. The staff is also wonderful—friendly, professional, and well organized—which made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend Dr. Kollar.
I've gone to this office since I was 15 years old, and my experience has been exceptional. From introducing me to new terms and practices to help me understand my vaginal health, to delivering my first baby, Dr. Kollar has been such a blessing and pivotal piece of my womanhood! Magen is also amazing, and so is the rest of the staff! If you're looking for a family environment, this is that!
Dr. Kollar has been fine, not particularly better or worse than any other OB/GYN I have had in my 60 some-odd years, with three children, an ovarian cyst, and a partial hysterectomy. Though I am usually only given appointments with the PA, for some reason. However, the office is one of the most difficult I have ever had to work with, especially for a doctor's office. The policies are not very patient-friendly. The staff is very snippy, belligerent, degrading, rude, and extremely defensive. I guess the defensiveness comes from people being dissatisfied all of the time. Now, they want to charge me to use a credit or even a debit card. Isn't a debit card supposed to be same as cash?? I already have to pay the bank fees to keep an account, so why should I pay the doctor's bank fees too? I thought people got away from checks because they were less secure than cards. I guess I am going back to checks if I decide to return. I am disappointed that they have made it so complicated. I am contemplating a change for sure. The attitude in the office ruins the whole experience, and seeing a GYN is already not a relaxing day! I can't recommend Dr. Kollar because the combination is just not worth it to me.
Magen and her staff at Premiere Women's Health are just amazing. I was very nervous about my upcoming appointment and when I arrived, I was greeted at the front desk in a very kind manner. The medical assistant was very friendly and put me at ease right away. Magen came in with a big smile and welcomed me in such a kind manner, she was gentle and understanding and very easy to talk to. I would highly recommend this office for your well woman, hormone, and weight control concerns.
truly can not imagine seeing anyone other than Magen! Always so welcoming, friendly and makes you feel so comfortable. Top notch care!
Dr. Kollar, Brenda, and their staff are literally angels. If you are traumatized by paps, give them a chance because it was an easy experience. Recommend them 1000000000xs **Update** If I could give 1 star just for customer service at the front desk I would. Getting results and explanations is a very bad experience. Love Dr. Kollar. Not the staff relaying messages to the patients. I had to take the results to a different doctor for help and explanations.
Dr Kollar misdiagnosed me for two years. Every time I told her my concerns, she would brush me off. My endocrinologist saw my blood work and was concerned. Dr Kollar's excuse was, "I was treating you for pcos". I've NEVER been diagnosed with pcos. Then told me jokingly, my ovaries are now the size of raisins and I'm now in premature menopause or Premature Ovarian Failure, at the age of 37. All she had to do was simple blood work when my cycle started skipping.
I've been going for 10 years. No problems! Love Dr.Velez and hoping to feel the same about Dr.Kollar since Dr.Velez is no longer there! Everyone is great

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
