Great front office staff! They were able to schedule my appointment quickly and called when they had a cancellation. The appointments went smoothly.

The young lady was very kind and helpful. I arrived for my appointment not realizing I was at the wrong location. She contacted the right location and they were able to see me! She was very understanding!!

The MRI tech was great as well as the prep person. Unfortunately the receptionist forgot to actually check me in so my scan was 40 minutes late. The tech thought I was a ‘no show’ but I was sitting in the waiting room. Luckily the prep tech found out I was sitting there and checked with the receptionist. During my wait, the receptionists kept talking about movies and television shows and not once checked on me. This was my third time there and this was my worst experience.
