terrible experience. Missed blood vessel several times and sent me to an outside lab. Had to come back due to the wait time and finally got the actual phlebotomist to assist.

My husband Ernesto started seeing DR.Bindal, n his a great dr n very patient to listen. we appreciate dr Bindal. And the staff r so professional very friendly and helpful. Thankyou God bless you 🙏

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Sapan Bindal in 2023. If you’re a woman dealing with mental health issues, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. Every visit cost over $200 upfront, but I left feeling dismissed and unheard. He repeatedly told me my physical symptoms were “all in my head,” including severe rib pain that turned out to be fluid in my lungs—something I wasn’t informed of until days later by a nurse, not him. His demeanor changed when test results didn’t show what he expected, and it felt like I had to beg for care. I also brought my daughter, who has a severe fear of needles. After multiple failed attempts and nearly $700, we were told they don’t handle patients like her. When I asked where we could go for help, the staff shrugged and offered no guidance. This practice made me feel gaslit, judged, and completely unsupported. I would not recommend Dr. Bindal, especially to women or anyone with complex mental and physical health needs.

We had a very frustrating experience with this doctor. Our baby was sick, and instead of offering helpful advice, he prescribed an antibiotic that caused an allergic reaction. When we called him about the reaction, he demanded we come to his office immediately. We drove 40 minutes and waited for almost an hour, only to see him for a total of 5 minutes. In that brief encounter, he just told us to go to the ER “just to be safe,” which made no sense. If he was concerned, he should have just advised us to go straight to the ER instead of making us go through all the trouble, discomfort, and expense. On top of that, the visit was ridiculously expensive. Afterward, we went to a pediatrician, where the cost was one third of what this doctor charged, and the care was far more helpful and the baby is okay. It’s clear this doctor is more interested in making money than providing proper care. BE AWARE!

Listens and cares I had an amazing experience today, everyone was incredibly helpful and genuinely seemed to want to see me get better and find answers for my visit. It was my first time ever seeing this doctor and visiting this practice, but this is where I’ll be going from now on. I can’t sing their praises enough.

Happy I found my new PCP I have recently moved to Mansfield area and have had a lot of trouble finding doctors offices taking new patients. Im glad I found Dr Bindal's practice. They are not only accepting new patients but there appointments are not months out. Able to get you in the same day if you need a sick visit. Dr Bindal himself is very thorough, caring and knowledgeable as a pcp. I will definitely recommend to anyone looking to switch or new in the area.

40 minutes in excruciating pain I was in excruciating pain, made an appointment, arrived on time, paid the deductible, and with no other patients in the office waited for 40 minutes by myself and never saw the Dr. I left to find a Dr. who cares.

I have seen Dr. Bindal on 5 or 6 occasions over the last 3 years. The first appointments went well but shortly after that there were several problems including not filing my insurance for a lab test that ended up costing me almost $700. On this last visit I had a serious health concern as well as excruciating pain. I arrived on time and told the nurse I was in terrible pain but had to wait in the exam room for over 40 minutes without ever seeing Dr. Bindal who it seems hadn't even arrived at the clinic. I was in so much pain that I ended up leaving without receiving any care, only the bill. I need to find another health care provider.

Would NOT recommend this office; they billed us for an "office visit" when it was a telephone follow-up on blood work; call was less than 2 minutes and they billed us over $500.00 on insurance; if the nurse would have called there would of been no charge, they did were not forthcoming with this information; made us pay $120.00 to get the results; if we refused to pay, the appointment would of cancelled and they would have charged us $45.00 for a cancelled appointment!

Please be aware! This doctor was too rude, was in rush to get out of the room, didn't answer my questions, and very long waiting 2.5 hours and ......ants were everywhere in the room!
