Dr. Woodus has been my OBGYN for 2 pregnancies, both were high risk and she provided exceptional care throughout both. She has such a calm and warm demeanor that makes you feel at ease. I couldn't recommend her enough. The facilities at Texas Health are clean, homey, and don't make you feel like you're at a stuffy doctor's apt. The rest of the staff is friendly and supportive!
Suite 220: Ladies at the front desk are not friendly. Wasn’t helpful at all when trying to check into my appointment, very stale
Staff is always make me feel comfortable with my sensitive issues.
Everyone was super nice and super helpful. It was my first time going but I felt like I was surrounded by family. Every single interaction felt so genuine and positive.
Building Management/Maintenance should be ashamed of themselves. Pregnant women are constantly having to walk these steps to get to their appointments. It doesn’t matter if it’s first, second or third trimester, these awesome women shouldn’t have to climb a mountain of stairs. My wife was dealing with Braxton Hicks contractions on the way up the stairs for on of her appointments. This has nothing to do with Texas Health Mansfield Associates OBGYN. This has everything to do with building management/maintenance and the delayed repair of the elevators. It’s been months!!! I’m sure whoever is in charge of building maintenance has a mother, sister, aunt, cousin or female friend that has been pregnant and should have a heart to expeditiously rectify this issue. Even one of the Doctors here is pregnant and has to walk those stairs daily. Do better Building Management/Maintenance. PS Jenni and Shannon are awesome.
I did not appreciate the way I was treated while attempting to check In to my appointment. The young lady, Jenni, did not confirm the provider that I was seeing by name. She stated that I was seeing a Nurse practitioner, as though that was inferior and said that I needed to go across the hall. She had a lack of patient care skills. My experience was already challenged due to the lack of an elevator and , if something changed, she should have been more clear and empathetic about the fact that my provider had moved suites. I was not aware of that until I located the second suite.
I went to imaging, today. The people at the hospital lobby were not welcoming at all, but the lady for the imaging check-in, Trina, was wonderful! Very amicable, helpful and a beautiful smile. I can say the same for my imaging technician, she was also very caring and nice. Definitely a 5 star for the imaging department at TX Health Mansfield. Thank you!
My husband called this place for me regarding if they took his military insurance since we’re moving to the area and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. Just for that I would not be considering this place. Get better customer service.
Doctor Anderson is very understanding! She definitely made sure all of my needs were met!
I would not recommend coming here. I had such high hopes, as this place is close to my home and has a number of black OB’s, which I love, however the office takes entirely TOO long. They offer 7 am appointments but I wasn’t seen until 8. My second visit my appointment was for 8:15 and by 9:33 I still had not been seen. This is simply unacceptable. People have other obligations and need to get to work. The times offered seem to target the working mom, making it possible to both go to the doctor and not have your work day interrupted however the office runs inefficiently, and wait times are unreasonable, and although the office staff is incredibly nice it doesn’t make up for this.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
