I need to a doctor to explain to me about doing a colon test

Dr. Acharya is a wonderful physician. He is both patient and kind. He listens and does his best to follow-up. It is unfortunate that the nursing staff is unprofessional and inept and the administrative staff is inattentive and unfocused. I met with Dr. Acharya regarding an issue and every time the ball was dropped by the front desk and nurses. I've had to "go there" multiple times because they act so aloof. This last goof up of theirs hopefully hasn't cost me my health.

I’ve never seen anything like it. Scheduled an appointment in Mansfield and had to wait 2 mo the. The day of they told me it was in Dallas although I clearly stated I wanted Mansfield. The rescheduled me for another month later again in Dallas. Went to my appointment on the day of and they rescheduled me for the next day because they were so behind. Sat in there for an hour and a half. Saw the room empty 3 up times and I finally left. Wish o would’ve read the horror reviews before going. From what I read and from my experience it’s amazing Dr Acharya still has a license.

Where do I start 1st I can start off with billing her name is Juanita She will sit there and lie to you about everything after she agrees to something notates the account then turn around and say I never said that then let's go to the 2nd part Every time you call the office you get the run around it is A Ridiculou's office

Arrived early for a first visit and signed in. Sat for 40 minutes waiting patiently. Receptionist forgot I was there and told me I needed to reschedule so I would have time to fill out paperwork. Absolutely ridiculous 🙄. Made an appointment with another Dr.

I would not recommend this place! Went in for a consultation and working on three weeks now call after call thos place just took my money and disappeared
